Taylor Armstrong from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has quite the interesting dating and marriage timeline before and after she joined the Bravo series. She began the series in what seemed to be a happy marriage. But as the seasons went on, Taylor revealed her relationship with her husband was far from the ideal match. Even though she has been through many ups and downs throughout her relationships, Taylor managed to find true happiness in the end.

Viewers met Taylor for the first time when she joined RHOBH for its first season. She was married to venture capitalist Russell Armstrong, and the two had one daughter together, Kennedy. Taylor and Russell had a volatile relationship, which ended in tragedy towards the last season Taylor appeared on. At the time, she was distraught over what happened, but in the end, it led her to a more healthy and positive romance. Here's a short timeline of Taylor's relationships and marriages.

Taylor married her first husband, Russell Armstrong, on October 27, 2005 (via E!), shortly after they started dating. Soon after they tied the knot, the couple welcomed their first child together, Kennedy. During the mother of one's first season on RHOBH, her relationship with Russell seemed strained, but Taylor still really loved him. Russell came off very controlling, even making her leave certain parties while she was with her castmates.

In season two, Taylor admitted Russell was both physically and verbally abusive towards her, even causing her to have reconstructive surgery close to her eye. The former reality star reached her limit and finally filed for divorce in 2011. A month later, Russell committed suicide by hanging. He was found by Taylor when she went to see him at their other home in California while her daughter waited for her outside.

Shortly after the passing of Russell, Taylor found love again with her friend and attorney, John Bluher. The couple met while John was helping her sort out legal issues following Russell’s death, as reported People. Taylor did not expect to find love so quickly, but gave her relationship with John a chance. The pair were married in a beachside ceremony at the Bel-Air Bay Club in California back in 2014.

Taylor truly felt like she was marrying her best friend and was happy to give Kennedy the family unit she deserved. John, Taylor, and Kennedy packed up and left California to live a more peaceful life in Colorado for a little while. A few years later, the family moved back to California. As of 2021, Taylor and John are still happily married, with John also adopting Kennedy shortly after they wed.

Taylor's relationship with Russell left a dark cloud her first two seasons on RHOBH. After his tragic death, Taylor was still dealing with the aftermath of his passing, due to a $1.5 million lawsuit she had to pay for. Once she met John, Taylor seemed much happier than she ever was with Russell. Sometimes people need to go through tragedy in order to find true happiness. Thankfully, Taylor found her fairytale ending.
