FIFA 23: The Best Young Players in Career Mode

Much like previous installments in the series, there will be a point where players will need to recruit young players in FIFA 23's Career Mode. In this mode, players become the manager of their own soccer team, recruiting and training soccer players to assemble their own all-star team. Not only do players want to make the best team they can, but they also want to see their team grow in power and potential as they play through the Career Mode seasons. One of the best ways to do that is to start young, recruiting soccer players who only get better as time passes.

One of the features in FIFA 23's Career Mode is how players age as time passes, their ratings and potential changing with that. So, for example, while Cristiano Ronaldo may be one of the best Strikers and have an Overall Score (OVR) of 91, he's also 37 years old and won't stick around long. So when playing Career Mode, it's wise to start young, looking at players who can be counted to stay in the game for the whole Career, or near enough at least, with a good OVR and a high Potential Score (POT). The good OVR will let the game get off to a good start, and the high POT will allow the team to dominate the soccer pitch.

The soccer title always had many players to choose from, and with FIFA 23, including the Women's World Cup, there are over 19,000 in this game. Therefore, it's best to narrow the search when picking the best ones for a team. The below tables have players who are 23 or younger in FIFA 23, with an OVR score of no less than 74. The next in the yearly installments of EA's FIFA franchise, FIFA 23 returns as the final entry in the franchise under the association's name. The 2023 entry will bring back the Ultimate FUT features and will feature crossplay for many modes except for Co-op modes. In addition, Fifa 23 utilizes a new system engine known as "HyperMotion2," which analyzes data from real football matches to create an extensive array of animations for players in-game to create a more realistic experience. In addition to these features, FIFA 23 will include both World Cup modes for both men and women. This entry also includes Women's club football, starting with two real-life teams and adding more as the game's seasons advance. Sam Kerr will also be the first female athlete to appear on a FIFA cover. After FIFA 23, EA Sports will continue their Football games under the new moniker "EA Sports FC."
