When people think about WWE, the thought instantly goes to the in-ring action that has helped make the company such a worldwide phenomenon. However, due to WWE's growth and popularity, the company has been able to create its own film company with WWE Studios, and over the years they have churned out countless different movies.

While not every film is a hit, many of them have proven to be very entertaining. The studio creates a wide range of different movies over the years from animations to horrors and it has given many WWE Superstars their first chance to act, which has opened the door to even more.

See No Evil - 5.1 (2006)

See No Evil is one of the most well-known WWE movies which is a straight-up horror using Kane to his full advantage. It was a great casting decision by the company as Kane is someone who portrayed a scary gimmick throughout his career, and putting that into the movie world just worked perfectly.

When a group makes the decision to entire the Blackwell Hotel, they're unaware that Jacob Goodnight is living inside. A psychopath who doesn't want to be disturbed then goes on the hunt trying to take them down, which leads to a gripping and certainly scary film.

Knucklehead - 5.2 (2010)

While he has since gone on to get his own Netflix television series, Knucklehead saw Big Show get the chance to work as an actor and use his incredible charisma for the movie world. Because of his size, it was easy for him to be written in as the gentle giant here.

He is a little naive as a person, with Walter (Big Show,) often doing a lot of very silly things throughout the movie. It's very over the top and in your face humor, and while it certainly isn't for everyone, there is no doubt an audience for it and Big Show does a great job.

The Scorpion King - 5.5 (2002)

The Scorpion King brought The Rock into the movie world and certainly changed his life, however, that doesn't mean that it is the strongest WWE Studio movie. The film focuses on The Rock as a warrior who is hired to take down a sorcerer.

Being part of The Mummy franchise, the expectations were high for this one and overall, it didn't quite live up to them. However, there's a lot of fun action throughout and it's clear here that The Rock has the personality to be a much bigger star.

12 Rounds - 5.6 (2009)

Much like The Rock, it was through WWE's movies that John Cena got his first big breaks in acting as well. Another WWE Superstar who has gone on to become a Hollywood hit, Cena was fantastic in the lead role of 12 Rounds, which really is a thrilling action movie.

The concept was simple, with Cena's character, Danny Fisher, having to complete 12 different challenges in order to free his girlfriend who has been kidnapped. Of course, there was plenty of drama and lots of action, and while it's not the greatest film of all time, it's certainly an enjoyable one to watch.

The Jetsons & WWE: Robo-WrestleMania! - 5.6 (2017)

Over the years, WWE has teamed up with several animated shows such as The Flinstones, Scooby-Doo, and The Jetsons, and this is one of the best. Bringing many WWE favorites into the animated worlds of these classic properties always proves to be popular.

This movie puts Big Show as the evil villain, utilizing his size to make him out to be an angry giant that wants to take over the world. It forces The Jetsons and several other wrestlers to team up in a big to stop him.

The Condemned - 6.0 (2007)

The concept for The Condemned is actually a really interesting one. Taking someone who was facing the death penalty and putting them on a television show on an island, where 10 condemned inmates fight to the death for the survivor to earn freedom.

It's a strong idea and it brought Stone Cold Steve Austin into the movie world, and while he hasn't gone on to be a big megastar, he certainly fits in during this movie. Its got great action and a strong lead, which is why it's one of WWE Studios' best.

Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery - 6.1 (2014)

This one is another WWE team up, this time working alongside the popular Scooby-Doo characters. It turns out Shaggy and Scooby are big wrestling fans, and they end up winning tickets to WWE's biggest show of the year, WrestleMania.

However, in classic Scooby-Doo fashion, there is a ghost that threatens to destroy WrestleMania, ruining the show for everyone. Therefore the gang and several WWE Superstars work together to get to the bottom of the mystery to save the show.

Legendary - 6.1 (2010)

This film is a very emotional one and it is one that deserves a lot more attention than it got from people. John Cena takes on the lead role here as a damaged character named Mike who has lost his way. He's brought back to the family by his brother, Cal who tries to use his wrestling career to make things right.

Mike begins to coach his younger brother in what is a really strong brotherly bond that grows throughout the movie with this being a really wholesome film that is told incredibly well.

The Call - 6.7 (2013)

The Call brought together a WWE Superstar in David Otunga, and a top actress in Halle Berry to create a really fun crime movie. Focusing on a teenage girl who gets abducted, a 911 operator has to work hard to try and save her life as she also deals with issues from her past at the same time.

It's a gripping movie that hooks audiences from the start and really is tense throughout. It has emotion and action and that really helps make this an enjoyable film, with David Otunga also impressing in this one.

Fighting With My Family - 7.1 (2019)

Fighting With My Family is undoubtedly WWE Studios' greatest and most successful movie. With The Rock being heavily involved in this project, WWE had a major global name to try and push the movie and as the talented Florence Pugh took the lead role, this felt like a brilliant movie that non-wrestling fans can enjoy.

Even though this movie was actually all about wrestling, focusing on the career of Paige, it was able to tell a really emotional story while also pleasing diehard wrestling fans. With several A-list stars involved, the acting here was brilliant and it helped create a really fun film for the whole family to enjoy.
