A resurgence of interest in Twilight has taken TikTok by storm, with everything from imaginary interactions with the characters to analyses of the films and book series or even filters that turn users into "Cullens." When Twilight was first released, genuine love for the saga was immensely common, then there was a period of time that liking the series was unfairly ridiculed.

But nowadays, the Twilight franchise has come full-circle and it's cool to like it again. And TikTok creators everywhere are making some amazing content around the series.

Hey There Delilah

The "Where the hell have you been, Loca?" Jacob meme is alive and strong on TikTok, and the song this creator built around this Tweet is immaculate.

The iconic Jacob line goes so well with the "Hey There Delilah" melody that it's surprising this hasn't been made sooner. The added line about Arizona is the perfect closing to the little ditty. They should definitely write a full-length parody.

The Cullens Running

TikToks around how each character does or would do something are always hilarious and creative, but this one is especially funny because it's so accurate. Jasper often gets made fun of for giving off wide-eyed, way-too-intense energy, and this TikTok perfectly captures just that.

As all of the Cullens are taking part in the running sequence, with their personality slightly stylizing how they move, Jasper is full-on Terminator sprinting.

Pottery And Commentary

Edward and Emmett Twilight TikTok by @granolagirlpottery

There's something very relaxing about someone talking about the Twilight series while making Twilight-themed clay mugs and bowls. All of @granolagirlpottery 's videos center around commentary around everything from Edward's stalking in the book series to Edward and Emmett playing matchmaker to Angela in Midnight Sun.

Visiting Forks

For those who don't know, Forks, Washington, is a real place. Not only that, but the Swan residence from the films is a functioning Airbnb that fans of the series can rent out and stay at. Furthermore, a lot of the buildings from the books are real and available to visit for anyone's scene-recreation needs.

People who have stayed in Forks upload their trips onto TikTok, and the footage is pretty great. Bonus points if you have the OG Twilight blue camera filter!

Sibling Sleepover

For anyone into Twilight TikTok, @smallestkyle will be a familiar face. Their videos consist of the Cullen family in normal human situations, like sleepovers, acting like any other group of siblings. Emmett, the resident golden retriever of the family, is always adorably all-in on the human activities, and Edward Cullen is the moody 108-year-old teenager judging everyone's thoughts and staying on FaceTime with Bella for hours.

When Rosalie finds out that a sleepover with the Forks humans has resulted in the Cullens' secret being revealed, the sibling bickering that ensues is flawless.

Twilight Deep Dive

@twilight_talk is another familiar face on TwilightTok, with tons of videos of behind-the-scenes information and analysis of the books, movies, and even Stephanie Meyer herself. On her page, fans find out about who Stephanie really wanted to play Edward and the Forever Dawn original Twilight sequel that was never published.

Throwbacks

The #twilight tag is full of people reminiscing on their own embarrassing obsession with Twilight during its peak, from birthday cakes, Halloween costumes, photo edits, or even Twilight senior portraits, as seen here in @kyloann7's TikTok.

Die-hard fans of the series were donning white foundation and editing their eyes amber left and right, and middle schoolers were photoshopping their faces between the famous Edward and Jacob love triangle before going to school with faux bite marks that they'd unsuccessfully "hide."

Binging On Netflix

When the film saga became available in its entirety on Netflix, fans who thought they had outgrown their Twilight phase scoffed, thinking that this new information had nothing to do with them. But, the nostalgic joy that watching the movies again brings seems to outweigh any qualms these fans have with the movies themselves, as seen with @corneleast here.

Nothing beats getting cozy in a comfy blanket and reliving the angsty Twilight period that so many fans had. That, and those soundtracks really are amazing.

The Acting

A really popular thing to do on TikTok is to recreate movies scene-for-scene and mimic the main characters' acting. This is an especially big trend for Twilight, as the acting is notoriously criticized for being sometimes awkward. TikTok creators will do their best to embody Bella's hand-through-the-hair, look down, blink, and stutter acting, with hysterical results.

The Cullen Filter

The newest Twilight trend to hit TikTok is the use of a new filter called "Dazzling Look." According to users, this filter makes the person using it look like a "Cullen," i.e., sparkling skin, grainy filter, and golden irises.

Videos of creators trying out the vegetarian vampire look are racking up millions of views, including @sereinsilvers here, and fans of the franchise are living out their teenage dream of being one of the diamond-skinned indie immortals -- no face makeup or contacts necessary!
