With MCU movies like Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness arriving on Disney+ more quickly than ever, fans are more able and inclined than ever to do a rewatch of their favorite Marvel shows and movies than ever before.
With each movie being individually unique, ranging from the horror-like style of Doctor Stranger in the Multiverse of Madness to the playful tone of Thor: Love and Thunder, the best bet for newer MCU fans is to watch a movie based on a zodiac sign to limit the hassle of sifting through over 23 projects.
Aries - Thor: Love and Thunder
The second installment of the Thor franchise directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Love and Thunder mixes the writer/director's unique sense of humor with a story that's centered on crises of faith, one's role in the world, and the effects of terminal illnesses.
After Gorr the God Butcher stakes his claim that there should be no gods, Thor, along with Jane, Valkyrie, and Korg, sets off to defeat the Butcher as Thor wonders if he has a role outside of war, Jane struggles with her cancer diagnosis, and Valkyries struggles to find her place in a new kind of Asgard. Despite the movie proving to be divisive with critics and fans, there's no denying that Thor is as brave, bold, and assertive as ever, all hallmark traits of any Aries can relate to.
Taurus - Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is a beautifully cinematic piece that explores complex family dynamics. Shang-Chi, who is doubling as both a comic relief character and a trained fighter, wishes to lead a normal life until his father comes asking for his help. Upon learning that his father will make a grave mistake, Shang Chi turns on him, causing an uproar of disapproval.
Given that Shang-Chi has a laid-back personality, quite like Tauruses, he will not only be easy to relate to, by a joy to watch and appreciate. Not only that but the story as a whole is incredible wholesome and all-around a wonderful watch.
Gemini - Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 1 and 2
The Guardians of the Galaxy movies, along with the not-as-famous-as-he'd-like hero Star-Lord, are often described as spontaneous, playful, and curious. Funnily enough, those are also the characteristics of Geminis. The Guardians movies boast playful and chaotic characters, making them ideal characters to watch for Gemini eyes.
Not only is GotG a pair of the funniest MCU movies produced, but the stories as a whole are also well written to showcase the Guardians' go-with-the-flow personalities and willingness to improvise while they save the Galaxy, quite like the Geminis.
Cancer - Ant-Man
Cancers are can be very quick to express their emotions, and they place a high value on family and close friends. It is for these reasons that Ant-Man would be the perfect movie for them. Podcaster and superhero Scott Lang was never one to shy away from childish games and thievery, but at the end of the day, he shows deep love towards his family and his daughter.
Throughout the movie, his goal to stop Darren Cross never wavers, and, at the end of the day, the movie came down to saving his family. This Ant-Man installment is the perfect combination of drama and love, which is the perfect recipe for Cancers.
Leo - Spider-Man: Homecoming
While Leo's are quite loyal, they are also passionate and dramatic, which is why Spider-Man Homecoming would be the best project for them to watch. During the duration of this film, Peter Parker is put in physically and emotionally difficult situations by Adrian Toomes (aka Vulture) but always remains loyal to Mr. Stark in the process.
This movie showcases Spider-Man in his efforts to tackle the Vulture, all the while attempting to become a superhero and growing his relationships at school and with Tony Stark. Because of his fierce loyalty to Tony and his dramatic personality, coupled with the passion he has for his work, this movie would be great for Leos.
Virgo - Captain America: Civil War
Captain America: Civil War follows Steve Rodgers directly following the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron. Confronted by the destruction they caused in that movie, the team is forced to choose between being controlled by the government or operating as vigilantes. Half of the Avengers, headed by Iron Man, chose the government, and half, headed by Steve, picked vigilantism.
Virgos are logical, practical, and systematic in the way they approach life and, in this movie, the Avengers are forced to think in both a logical and practical manner to save themselves from themselves. Because this movie holds a two-sided argument, Virgos will enjoy creating an argument surrounding each side and then choosing a side based on the facts.
Libra - Avengers: Age of Ultron
Created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner, Ultron was designed to bring peace to the human race but instead turns into an AI system with the intent to destroy all life on Earth. Like Libra's, Tony and Bruce's main goal was to establish equilibrium on Earth, to have all people co-exist without violence.
Libras would enjoy this movie because, despite the fact that fans have many unpopular opinions about Avengers: Age of Ultron, it follows both themes of balance and love, which are two of Libra's main motivations.
Scorpio - Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness
Wanda and Doctor Stranger are two of the most powerful characters in the MCU, which is why Scorpios will relate to their story. Scorpios are often misunderstood and will use emotion to drive their actions. After losing the love of her life to Thanos, Wanda is left to confront herself after learning her children are in the multiverse.
On top of that, Scorpios have an emotional heart, and both Doctor Strange and Wanda are, at their core, searching for love throughout this movie, something Scorpios will relate to, too. Wanda and Doctor Stranger are complex and misunderstood characters vacillating between both hero and villain, making them, and subsequently, this project, a relatable show for Scorpios.
Sagittarius - Thor: Ragnarok
Thor: Ragnarok is a short but beautifully crafted story directed by comedic genius Taika Waititi. The story centers on Thor as he attempts to defeat Hela, his newfound sister, and make amends, for the nth time, with Loki, in this heartfelt yet comedic Thor rendition.
Sagittarius are all-in for an adventure, and this movie truly gave a compelling action-adventure story. Not only that, but the story as a whole is a tale around family, love, and triumph, all of which should be perfect fits for Sagittarius.
Capricorn - Eternals
Capricorns, like the Eternals, are patient and careful and are dedicated and driven to serve something greater than themselves. Just like the Eternals, Capricorns are also not quick to choose friends and soulmates.
During the Eternals movie, each character has their own story, and the creators of the movie are careful to tell each story methodically without rushing to the next action scene. While this is one of Marvel's longer movies, by the end, fans have a better appreciation of the Eternals as a whole, making this movie the best choice for Capricorns.
Aquarius - Avengers: Endgame
Avenger Endgame is one of the most suspenseful movies in the MCU, as the Avengers not only have to figure out a way to retrieve the infinity stones from space and time, but they must recruit some of the most unwilling characters to help in the process - sometimes even including past versions of themselves.
Needless to say, this movie combined both innovation and creativity as the Avengers built a time machine and retrieved the stone, all in the course of a three-hour movie. Seeing as innovation, creativity, and changing the world for the better are the traits of an Aquarius, this movie would satisfy all thee components (though it may not make sense without having seen other Marvel movies).
Pisces - Black Widow
Pisces are known to be empathic and intuitive, both traits that Black Widow has. Natasha Romanoff is a unique character because, despite her upbringing, she shows fierce love to those she cares the most about. This struggle to confront her past demons to protect her family is the central conflict of Black Widow.
During this movie, Natasha is forced to confront aspects of her past while also making amends with her adoptive sister, mother, and father. Not only that but Black Widow, in the final scene, uses her intuitive senses to her advantage.
