Just as Kevin Conroy will always be the best Batman voice, so too will Mark Hamill remain as the best Joker voice. These two veteran actors/voice actors have been giving life and madness to the two sworn enemies. Mark Hamill has been the go-to of many studios and productions when it comes to the definitive Joker laugh and mannerisms.

As such, he has a hefty history of Joker roles in numerous Batman or DC movies and tv shows. It's understandable why some fans can't get enough of Mark Hamill's Joker. So to save anyone the trouble of seeking out Mark Hamill's best Joker performances, here are the best laughs the Joker has had in media, courtesy of IMDb.

BIRDS OF PREY (6.4)

Don't get all too excited, there's no uncredited Joker Easter egg in 2020's Birds of Prey. This is a different Birds of Prey, one from 2002 that was a TV show. It didn't exactly do so well and wasn't too popular.

Moreover, Mark Hamill's role here as the Joker is quite minimal, appearing only in two episodes and one of them is even in an unaired pilot. Still, his voice is certainly recognizable and has become the signature for the character, one ought to notice it there.

BATMAN: THE KILLING JOKE (6.4)

Sadly, this adaptation of Alan Moore's definitive Joker origin story of the same name was more or less butchered. Not only did it fail to recreate the same tension and atmosphere but it also added something unnecessary, such as two bats having a rooftop tryst.

Still, it has Kevin Conroy's Batman and consequently, Mark Hamill's Joker. Those two reasons ought to be enough for any fan of these two DC characters. Besides, this animated film adaptation is all about the Joker anyway and his most accepted background.

ROBOT CHICKEN (7.7)

The Joker and Black Manta in Robot Chicken

Robot Chicken is probably one of the few instances in television where Mark Hamill played the Joker without Kevin Conroy as Batman. It's understandable since Robot Chicken is mostly a comedy show.

Mark Hamill still managed to reprise his role as the Joker in plenty of the skits involving the said villain. The highlight of his appearance in Robot Chicken is when the comedy show made a parody of Shawshank Redemption with the Joker supposedly in Andy Dufresne's shoes.

JUSTICE LEAGUE ACTION (7.7)

Mark Hamill Trickster Joker Justice League Action

Anyone who has watched the old Justice League cartoons will surely remember that that one tends to straddle the line between PG and R ratings. Justice League Action is a more conservative show for kids but still features the big heavy-hitters of the franchise.

Of course, Mark Hamill's Joker also reprised his role here as a constant thorn in Batman's side except, this time, he's dragging down the whole Justice League with him. Some might prefer the older Justice League cartoons but Justice League Action is a decent enough reboot.

THE BATMAN SUPERMAN MOVIE: WORLD'S FINEST (7.8)

Before Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice started pitting the brooding black against the big blue, there was The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest. They're exactly rivals here, but unfortunate circumstances have forced them to work together.

That's because the Joker made a nefarious deal with Lex Luthor and gave him some Kryptonite. This led to a series of confrontations and hostage-takings all spearheaded by the two arch-nemesis of their respective heroes.

BATMAN: MASK OF THE PHANTASM (7.8)

The 1992 Batman: The Animated Series was so good, it had to have its own animated movie. That came in the form of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm where both Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill give their all to their respective long-time DC characters.

This time around, Joker's not the only one on the villain spotlight but another (less charismatic) Batman enemy named the Phantasm. Together, the two of them ruin Batman's evening again as the Dark Knight is forced to fight a battle on two fronts.

BATMAN BEYOND: RETURN OF THE JOKER (7.8)

Batman and Joker face off in Batman Beyond Return of the Joker

Speaking of Batman shows that are good enough to have their own movies, Batman Beyond is also no exception. While the series was notably missing Mark Hamill's Joker, the movie rectified this by re-introducing him in a creepy and clever way.

Turns out the Joker had been long gone but his impact on Gotham was quite big that it spawned gangs and even remnants of him. Terry McGuinness now has to deal with him as the futuristic Batman.

THE NEW BATMAN ADVENTURES (8.5)

Batman and the Joker in The Animated Series

As a continuation of Batman: The Animated SeriesThe New Batman Adventures expands on the established animated universe by introducing new characters and some old ones too from the Bat-Family.

In this series, Dick Grayson finally gives up the mantle and becomes Nightwing and there's a new younger Robin. Of course, Mark Hamill is also there along for the ride an appears in five episodes, menacing and chaotic as ever.

JUSTICE LEAGUE (8.5)

There was no other way but up for Batman and Superman come the start of the 21st century so Justice League had to happen. It was one of the best DC cartoons ever and featured the core seven superheroes just like in the comic books.

Since Kevin Conroy remains the Batman here, there's no way Mark Hamill's Joker would be absent. He appears occasionally in the show with some nefarious plans and is now working with the common enemies of the League.

BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES (9.0)

Joker and Harley Quinn Batman Animated Series

It's been mentioned plenty of times before and still remains to this day, the highest-rated DC animated show on IMDB, Batman: The Animated Series. It's the phenomenon that kicked off what eventually would culminate into Justice League Unlimited.

Of course, it's also where both Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill started showing everyone what either Batman or the Joker is supposed to act and sound like.  It's the show where Mark Hamill's Joker has appeared the most; although, it's only a mere 14 episodes, he managed to define one of comic books history's most compelling supervillains ever.
