Halloween is right around the corner, and Disney Channel is wasting no time starting the festivities early. On September 25th, Disney Channel kicked off their Halloween "Calling All Monsters" lineup with the release of the DCOM Under Wraps 2. While they started off with a bang, there's still plenty to be excited about, especially since the new animated series Hamster & Gretel will be airing its first-ever Halloween episode in October.

No release date for the Halloween episode has been released yet, but fans of the animated show can get into the Halloween spirit by watching some of Disney Channels' other iconic animated Halloween episodes. From classics like Kim Possible to newer Halloween episodes from Amphibia, the Halloween season is sure to be a hit with these animated episodes, most of which are streaming on Disney+.

Kim Possible: "October 31st" (Season 1, Episode 14) - 7.6

Kim Possible knocked it out of the park with its Halloween-themed episode in the first season of the show. After finding out that her crush will be at the big Halloween party, Kim lies to Ron and her parents so she can sneak out and attend the party. However, disaster strikes when a bracelet-like item she retrieved from Drakken broadcasts her plans to her enemies, who hold her loved ones hostage.

Like all Kim Possible episodes, the Halloween one is full of action, as Kim must save the world. But she also learns a valuable life lesson that everyone can relate to, which is trick-or-treating doesn't have to be lame even as an adult.

Lilo & Stitch The Series: "Spooky" (Season 1, Episode 6) - 7.7

The Lilo & Stitch movie got its own TV show in 2003, which was wildly popular during its two-year run. During that time, the series released one Halloween episode titled "Spooky," which centered on Stitch's cousin, who was designed to shapeshift into whatever the other person feared the most.

Over the course of the episode, Spooky transforms into a headless Lilo, water, and even Cobra Bubbles. Together, Lilo and Stitch must overcome their fears and capture Spooky before finding him a proper home in the abandoned house in their town.

House Of Mouse: "Halloween With Hades" (Season 1, Episode 27) - 8.1

House of Mouse was one of the most beloved animated shows on Disney Channel in the early 2000s. The Halloween episode centered on Hades attending the cartoon club, where he becomes infatuated with Maleficent. Unable to win her over on his own, he enlists the help of Mickey to help him find true love.

Not only is it fun to watch characters from classic Disney movies interact, especially the villains, but "Halloween with Hades" also features two Mickey Mouse Halloween shorts. One follows Goofy, who has been abducted by aliens, and the other centers on Donald, who scares his nephews away from his house on Halloween.

Big City Greens: "Squashed!" (Season 3, Episode 1) - 8.2

Big City Greens kicked off its third season last year with its best Halloween episode ever. The episode begins with the Greens getting ready for their Halloween party. However, disappointment strikes because Bill's pumpkins didn't grow as big as he wanted.

Tilly decides to solve Bill's problem but borrowing an alien chemical compound from BigTEch that'll make the pumpkins bigger. While the invention works, it also turns the pumpkins into evil aliens that threaten the Greens' Halloween fun. The episode is equal parts fun and spooky making it a great time for the entire family.

Star vs. The Forces Of Evil: "Hungry Larry" (Season 2, Episode 11) - 8.3

Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil aired its Halloween episodes in 2016 and is still considered one of the best episodes of the series. "Hungry Larry" follows Star and Marco as they set out to help Mr. Diaz make his house the scariest and most haunted of all the houses on their block.

After watching Mr. Diaz fail at making his house scary, Star decides to summon Hungry Larry, a creature that makes a living haunting other people's houses. The plan works at first until they lose Hungry Larry and must find him before he eats all the scared trick-or-treaters.

Amphibia: "The Shut-In!" (Season 2, Episode 11) - 8.4

Given the serialized nature of Amphibia, the series only aired one Halloween episode that is considered "non-canonical" since it didn't follow the traditional arc of the series. Still, it was a memorable episode that fans rewatch often during the Halloween season.

Hiding from the annual Blue Moon, Anne and the Plantars decide to pass the time by telling each other scary stories about their life. The episode contains three stories and also includes Polly testing the Blue Moon curse theory out, only to discover it is dangerous when she is transformed into a beast.

The Proud Family: "A Hero For Halloween" (Season 2, Episode 2) - 8.4

While The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder hasn't aired a Halloween episode yet, the original The Proud Family did during its second season. The episode begins with the family throwing a Halloween party despite being warned that their house is haunted by the ghost of Krebs, the former wealthy homeowner.

Thankfully, Penny gets superpowers thanks to one of Oscar's newest snacks and is able to use her new superpowers to protect her family and their home from the ghost of Krebs. Like all Disney Channel Halloween episodes, there are enough spooks to entertain older audiences while still being appropriate for younger audiences.

Phineas and Ferb: "Druselsteinoween" (Season 4, Episode 16) - 8.5

Over the course of its four seasons, Phineas and Ferb aired several Halloween episodes but the fan favorite has to be the one that aired during the final season. The episode begins when Vanessa learns that her dad has inherited a Drusselteinian castle and decides to host a Halloween party there.

Phineas and Ferb act as the party planners and DJs to throw the best party ever. Meanwhile, Perry and Doofenshmirtz team up in the hopes of finding a hidden treasure hidden somewhere in the castle that his Great Aunt has left behind. While not a traditional Halloween episode, the episode does feature the characters in costume and tons of fun antics.

Ducktales: "The Trickening!" (Season 3, Episode 8) - 8.5

The ducks in Ducktales take on Halloween in "The Trickening." The episode begins with Scrooge leaving behind a small bowl of candy at his mansion, so he can go out and trick-or-treat for himself, much to the dismay of Donald and Daisy.

Meanwhile, Huey's trick-or-treat plans are derailed when Louie suggests they go to the scariest haunted house in town because it supposedly has an endless supply of candy. However, they learn that the monsters of the house only have candy because they steal candy from scaring trick-or-treaters. Since the brothers don't have candy, they are in danger.

Gravity Falls: "Summerween" (Season 1, Episode 12) - 8.6

The creators didn't let the fact that Gravity Falls takes place over summer break stop them from creating a Halloween episode which is now one of the best Disney Channel animated Halloween episodes. Summerween is the town's summer Halloween festivities that include dressing up, trick-or-treating, and carving Jack-o-melons.

Excited for an extra day of trick-or-treating, Dipper's plans are thwarted when Wendy tells him that trick-or-treating is for kids. While pretending to be sick so he can go to a party, Dipper encounters a Summerween Tricketser who demands Dipper and his friends bring him candy or else he'll eat them.
