Beep Panic (S10E9) 8.2/10

As Larry continues to feud with cafe owner Mocha Joe (Saverio Guerra), he takes aim at the "beep panic" caused by widespread text messaging. The theme comes into play most prominently through a waitress named Diane (Abbi Jacobson).

When Diane is fired from the golf club restaurant, Larry feels responsible. As a result, he gives Diane his old car and a new job at his spite store, Latte Larry's. However, on their way home, Diane is caught texting someone at a stop sign. When the driver behind her honks, she has "beep panic" and rushingly slams her car into Larry's new vehicle.

Side Sitting (S10E2) 8.2/10

Following one of the all-time most hilarious season premieres of the show, it only makes sense to take a step back in the succeeding chapter. Such is certainly the case with Side Sitting, which refers to the intimate proximity of a couple's seating arrangement.

The real crux of this episode, however, concerns Larry's cancer scare. While he becomes upset at the lack of concern from friends and family, he's more distraught about the sexual harassment suit brought on by former employee, Alice (Megan Ferguson).

The Surprise Party (S10E6) 8.3/10

The title of episode six refers to the surprise birthday party Susie intends to throw for her hubby, Jeff. But with Jeff's bad ticker and Susie's secret meeting with travel agents, Larry believes the party is meant to kill Jeff by heart attack!

Elsewhere, Larry meets Mocha Joe's mom, who vows to take him and his coffee shop down. Larry also befriends Wally, a handicapped gentleman who uses a walker to get around. When Larry borrows Wally's handicap placard after he leaves town, he gets into way more trouble than he could have imagined.

Insufficient Praise (S10E5) 8.4/10

Larry is put in a severe bind when Freddy Funkhauser (Vince Vaughn) gives him a blow-up sex doll. A bind he resolves by giving the doll, after wrestling it away from Leon, to Freddy's porn-addicted uncle Moke.

But the "insufficient praise" the title refers to comes when Larry fails to give the requisite compliments to Clive Owen's one-man show, Kontiki. Owen becomes incensed at Larry's lackluster response, prompting Larry to hire Richard Lewis's girlfriend Carol, who has a natural ability to cry on cue. Larry has Carol cry at Kontiki to placate Owen.

Artificial Fruit (S10E3) 8.4/10

Larry hires an old baker from his past to make scones for Latte Larry's. The scones are so dry that they cause Larry's assistant Alice to choke, necessitating Larry's Heimlich maneuver. However, afraid of sexual harassment accusations, Larry refrains from touching the poor girl.

Elsewhere, Larry accidentally takes a bite out of an artificial apple in his lawyer's office. The injury causes Larry to speak in a Spanish accent, which is misconstrued as mockery at a local Spanish eatery.

The Ugly Section (S10E7) 8.6/10

Larry and the gang head to Cabo San Lucas for their friend Mickey's (Timothy Olyphant) wedding. While there, Larry takes the opportunity to steal high-quality coffee beans in order to put Mocha Joe out of business.

But when the vein Hollywood companions fail to disclose their body weight, the airplane becomes too heavy to fly. As a result, Larry is told he must dump the bags of coffee to make the necessary weight. Stubborn as ever, Larry opts to stay behind despite paying for the plane on his own.

The Spite Store (S10E10) 8.8/10

The season 1o finale wrapped up nearly every outstanding storyline. Sadly, everything Larry worked toward all season was undone by a huge fake penis!

Indeed, as Larry enjoys the success of Latte Larry's, he begins to expand his workforce. Larry hires Joey Funkhauser (Chaz Bono) as a barista, unaware that his transition into becoming a man given Joey a massive penis. Against his better judgment, Larry hires Joey anyway. In the end, Latte Larry's is burned to the ground after Joey's swollen member accidentally knocks over a self-heating coffee mug (which Larry designed) and lights the place ablaze.

Elizabeth, Margaret, And Larry (S10E8) 9.1/10

When Larry learns his wife Cheryl's sister Becky is selling the house he bought for her, he becomes upset over the idea of Becky turning a profit without compensating him. He confronts Becky, only to sleep with her behind Cheryl's back.

Elsewhere, Jeff is kicked out of the house for acting too happy when Susie leaves town. Jeff moves in with Larry and Leon, the latter of whom begin a business relieving workers such as newsstand vendors who need to use the bathroom.

Happy New Year (S10E1) 9.3/10

The season 10 premiere of Curb is so far the highest-rated episode yet, according to IMDB. It makes sense, as it not only marks the first episode viewers finally got to see after three years, but it also lays the groundwork for the entire season to follow.

Larry frequents Mocha Joe's, where he is banned after complaining about wobbly tables, moist scones, and cold coffee. Desperate for revenge, Larry opens a spite store next door called Latte Larry's. Determined to put Mocha Joe out of business, the vindictive act sets up the primary conflict of the entire season. But perhaps the funniest aspect of the episode is how Jeff is mistaken for Harvey Weinstein, and how Larry proudly wears a MAGA hat in L.A. so people will leave him undisturbed.
