Omaze and Benedict Cumberbatch are giving fans a chance to attend the premiere of Avengers: Infinity War and have tea with Doctor Strange himself while also contributing to a good cause. In the past few years, Omaze has teamed up with various actors, musicians, and athletes to bring unique contests for the fans and help multiple charities at the same time.

One of the studios that has been seizing this opportunity is Marvel Studios, with various campaigns featuring some of their top superheroes. With Black Panther now in theaters worldwide, the next big film from Marvel is Avengers: Infinity War, which will bring together most of the current superheroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. With a bit over two months to go before the release of Infinity War, Omaze and Marvel have unveiled a new campaign with Doctor Strange himself, Benedict Cumberbatch.

Omaze released a video (shown above) for this campaign in which Benedict Cumberbatch gives us all the details in a very theatrical way (after all, he is a classically trained actor). After a brief look at Cumberbatch doing vocal exercises, he explains what the campaign is all about: the winner and a friend will get flown out to Los Angeles to attend the world premiere of Avengers: Infinity War - or, as Cumberbatch calls it, “his next student film”. The winners will also have tea and a "delightful conversation” with Cumberbatch, and in case there’s any doubt of how tea with an actor is like, he gives a dramatic interpretation of “I’m a Little Teapot”.

For a chance to win, fans can donate as little as $10, with all proceeds going to GEANCO, an organization working to save and transform lives in Africa by focusing on the health and education of those in Nigeria. Donations will help provide scholarships to young female victims of terrorism and gender inequality, surgeries to those in need, and maternal and infant health programs. The perks that contributors can get (depending on their donation) are signed Doctor Strange DVDs and signed comics that go from a paperback edition of The Oath to Strange Tales #148, which includes the story “The Origin of the Ancient One!”.

With superhero and fantasy movies still dominating the industry, it’s heartwarming seeing the biggest studios using their power for good causes while also giving back to the fans. Some of Marvel’s biggest heroes such as Robert Downey Jr, Chris Pratt, and Chris Evans have already taken part in Omaze campaigns to raise funds and give fans some unique experiences. So, if you would like to join the Sorcerer Supreme for tea and be some of the first people to watch Infinity War, you can start donating now.
