In his bio on BravoTV, Tom is joining Parsafil III as one of the new deckhands. As someone who grew up on a lake, Tom, who will be working alongside first mate Gary on BDSY, enjoys being on water rather than land. Becoming a deckhand was a natural career path for him, as Tom spent his days on the lake in speedboats and enjoying water sports. Tom chose the perfect career, as all Below Deck fans know the job of a deckhand is mainly always taking out and putting away the array of water toys they have. As a self-proclaimed social butterfly, Tom loves meeting new people when he's onboard and is excited to see what the Parsafil III crew is like.

Tom, who grew up in The Lake District in the UK, has experienced so much life since he started working in the yachting industry. According to Tom's Instagram page, Tom, who will be working alongside chief stew Daisy on BDSY, has visited The Maldives, New York City, and of course, Menorca, Spain, in the last year. Despite his love for adventure, Tom enjoys being at home in the UK with his family and friends. A majority of Tom's Instagram posts include him exploring the beautiful countryside town he grew up in. The Lake District is much different from the places Tom has visited since he began his career in yachting.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans will be officially introduced to Tom and the rest of the new crew members on February 21, for the supersized season 3 premiere. Will Tom be an amazing addition to the team, or will he get too caught up in the drama? Viewers will have to wait until the premiere episode to find out.
