In the Below Deck Mediterranean finale, Hannah broke down after trying to be perfect. Since she's always been known for her very high standards, viewers may not see this reaction as much of a surprise.

The Bravo show follows around the filthy rich as they charter super yachts through the Mediterranean Sea. The film crew gets up close and personal with the drama that goes on below deck with the boat crew and their shenanigans. As the 150-foot yacht island-hops throughout the season, each episode features a different group of guests who allow viewers to watch the crew scurry around trying to make five-star meals and turndown service look like a piece of cake. At the helm is a captain who is all about positivity and helping her team grow.

On the season 4 finale of Below Deck Mediterranean, there was a rough end to a charter season for chief stew Hanna Ferrier. It all came to a head when Captain Sandy Yawn had a go at Hannah for her lack of motivation while running the interior. Captain Sandy had been hard on Hannah the past few weeks, mainly because she had been treating the other two stews as close friends rather than workers. The Captain wanted the interior to step their game up when it came to table decoration and waitressing, but to fans it seemed like Hannah couldn’t push herself much more than she already had.

Throughout the whole season, Hannah had been trying her hardest to impress Captain Sandy after a rough charter season; the chief stew had made it her mission to befriend and work on her relationship with the captain. It had really hurt Hannah when the captain had told her that they seemed to have two different levels of service, implying that Hannah did not care as much. Hannah was caught by the crew talking to her third stew saying, “And that was just like a f****** backhand. I would have preferred a backhand, quite frankly.” The chief stew then broke down into tears saying she didn’t want to be a failure. Last season, Hannah had a major panic attack on board that put her out of commission for a whole day on the super yacht.

A yachtie's life seems to be getting the best of the veteran chief stew. Even though she has mended fences with bosun João Franco, it still seems a friendship with Captain Sandy eludes her. The finale did bring some extremely happy news for the bosun as he told Captain Sandy that he will be moving into a new role as a captain on another yacht. The bosun and captain formed a tight friendship through the seasons, and it will be sad for fans to lose that dynamic.
