The second part of the Below Deck Med reunion revealed production’s sneaky tactics in terms of the firing of Hannah Ferrier. Hannah still did not believe she had done anything wrong and felt she had been misunderstood.

Bravo fans will recall that Hannah Ferrier was let go by Captain Sandy over drug charges. Malia White, who was the bosun at the time, originally reported the chief stew for bringing aboard prescription drugs that were not listed in the yacht's medical log. Many felt that the Australian had been set up, but others felt the Captain had no other choice but to fire the OG of the yacht for her insubordination.

Fans were not shocked by the revelation that Hannah from Below Deck Med had actually handed over the prescription for her medicine 30 minutes after she walked the plank. It was made clear shortly after the episode aired that most Bravo fans could care less about maritime law and were livid that the Below Deck Med fan-favorite had been fired from the show.

Hannah Ferrier Fired Below Deck Med

Fans found the second part of the franchise’s reunion a bit boring since it turned into a half-hour discussion about the maritime rules. The majority of viewers are already aware that Captain Sandy and Malia are sticklers because they don't want to risk losing their license. From day one, Hannah had refuted the charges brought against her. During the reunion, she proved she wasn’t lying. Though her information came while the crew was having an all-out Zoom war, fans took note. However, the incident happened over a year ago and Hannah, who is currently about to pop any day with her baby girl, was well over discussing her vape pen. Andy Cohen did drop a grenade into the conversation by informing viewers that according to the manufacturer, Hannah’s CBD pen was really a “THC pen.” The obvious issue being that THC is illegal. Frankly, fans were bored to tears with the last installment but expected nothing less from what has already been a subpar year.

At the very least, Hannah was allowed to exit the verbal assault and leave the show behind. The rest of the reunion showed Jessica More flipping out on basically everyone and Aesha Scott joining via Zoom. Sadly, her connection was not the greatest and she missed Jess's take on the butt-touching scandal. Fans are hoping that the next season of Below Deck Mediterranean will be more pulled together, with fewer boat romances and crying chefs, because this season was exhausting.
