Stewardess Lexi Wilson from Below Deck Mediterranean season 6 fought with the entire crew in recent episodes of the Bravo series, and fans think she should be fired for her actions. After instigating countless arguments during a crew night out in episode 5, "Ship Happens," the problems continued. In episode 6, "The Morning After," Lexi refused to take real accountability for her actions. This contempt for the emotions of her fellow crewmates had viewers hoping that she would be kicked off the boat.

It's safe to say that Lexi has been rather confrontational from the beginning of the season. Her emotional state was impacted by the recent passing of her father, which she opened up about on the show. Fans and other crew members gave her the benefit of the doubt due to the hard time she was going through. However, when Lexi's jabs escalated to extreme levels, they'd had enough.

Tensions were already high in episode 5 when an argument led to Chef Mathew Shea storming off from dinner and leaving the boat behind. A misunderstanding over the dinner check spurred Lexi's annoyance. It all spiraled once they returned to the boat. Lexi became extremely antagonistic and screamed at every other crew member within the course of one night. She called Malia White a "fake b**ch" and berated the deck crew about their jobs. Viewers condemned Lexi's tirade on Reddit, but one moment really impacted them. While in the hot tub, deckhand Lloyd Spencer asked Lexi to shut up after she repeatedly teased other crew members. In response, Lexi called Lloyd "a f***ing p***y" several times, then shoved his head between her breasts without his consent. Fans saw this assault as grounds for removal on its own, even without all of the other fights that Lexi incited that night.

Lexi talked with Captain Sandy, who had been asleep throughout the previous night's altercations, early in episode 6. Without knowing the full breadth of the situation, Sandy counseled her to speak truthfully with the crew to sort things out. After holding a crew meeting over the events of the night, Lexi made some concessions about her behavior, but fans didn't think it felt sincere. In contrast, Mathew returned to the ship after his angry departure the night before. He was immensely regretful and apologetic to the entire crew. Chief Stew Katie Flood talked with Lexi about her attitude and Lexi pulled out her phone mid-conversation to call her mom, threatening to quit. Katie went to Sandy, saying that yachting wasn't the right environment for Lexi, but Sandy asked her to give Lexi a second chance.

Fans were disappointed in the captain's choice to keep Lexi on the boat. Sandy admitted that Lexi had been horrible, but categorized the situation as a management issue that Katie should attempt to work through. Most Below Deck Mediterranean fans theorized that if not for COVID-19 impacting the ability to replace crew members, Lexi would have already been fired. With tensions still high between Lexi and the rest of the crew, viewers will have to wait and see if the stewardess makes it through the rest of the season.
