After filming Below Deck Mediterranean season 6 last year, David Pascoe continued to work on boats. During his time on the Bravo series, David grew close to all of his crewmates, especially the deck team. He immediately bonded with his fellow deckhands Mzi Dempers and Lloyd Spencer, but developed a crush on his bosun Malia White, who appeared on season 5. David decided to express his feelings towards her during one of their crew days off; however, she quickly shot him down.

Even though David was disappointed by Malia's rejection, he still wanted to prove his skills as a deckhand. Malia was so impressed by him she decided to promote him to lead deckhand towards the end of the season. David may not have left the Lady Michelle yacht in a relationship with Malia, but he did cultivate a number of strong friendships and experiences as a lead deckhand.

Since leaving Croatia, David has continued to work in the yachting industry. Shortly after he finished filming Below Deck Med, David was working on boats in England and the French Riveria. Before the show began to air, David, who battled with depression, went back to Italy, where he was born, and still has some family. In his Instagram highlights, David shared a number of Stories exploring the beautiful town of Tuscany, Italy. He even shared a video of himself ATVing through the more secluded part of the town. David was born in Italy but moved to Devon, England, when he was younger. After spending some time in his home country, he rode his motorcycle all the way from Italy to Devon.

Other than working on a few boats and traveling across Europe, David hasn't shared too much of his life on social media. He has been very active with the fans; however, always doing Q&As, especially while Below Deck Med was airing. Once the show was done airing, David, who addressed his Malia crush, did express his gratitude for being on the show. He thanked the team he finished the season with and said it was an honor to get to know and work alongside all of them. David even gave a shout-out to Delaney Evans, who was on the show for a couple of episodes, and second stew Lexi Wilson, who was fired towards the end of the season. David also gave his fellow deckhand Mzi a special shout-out on Instagram, admitting that his time with Mzi is what made his experience on Lady Michelle so unforgettable.

Now that Below Deck Mediterranean season 6 is over, David, who worked with Chef Mathew on season 6, could possibly return next year as a deckhand, even a bosun, on season 7. He was one of the more likable characters this season, so who knows what the future holds for David in the Below Deck franchise.
