The newest star of Below Deck Adventure, Faye Clarke, revealed some insightful news during a recent interview, where she hinted that former chief stew Hannah Ferrier advised her not to join the Below Deck franchise. Faye has been holding her own while tootling around the fjords of Norway. However, fans will recall Hannah had anything but a great last season after being fired for reasons beyond her control.

Faye spoke with the Metro about how Hannah had vigorously warned her against joining the Below Deck spin-off. The London native shared that before accepting the chief stew position, she reached out to Hannah after she had a gut feeling that she shouldn't take part in Below Deck Adventure, noting she never listens to herself anyway. After reaching out to Hannah via Instagram, the Australian told Faye that the show is "addictive" and "harder and worse" than she could ever imagine.

Faye reflected that Hannah had done many seasons and shared that the mother of one's advice didn't "change my mind. I still did it." It is clear that Faye has no regrets about joining the popular Bravo franchise, but she did share with fans that she has cringed once or twice while watching herself back on the small screen. In the end, the new Below Deck star admitted that she just wanted to "entertain," and while Bravo couldn't air everything that happened, she is enjoying her experience overall.

As Below Deck fans will remember, Hannah was made to walk the plank after the bosun, Malia White, told Captain Sandy Yawn that she had illegal drugs on board the ship. After a fierce confrontation with Hannah, trying to defend herself and her prescription, she was fired. The sack was controversial and led to Hannah speaking out against Below Deck and Bravo. Currently, Hannah is living happily away from the spotlight.

Faye currently has her hands full as she tries to convince the deckhands to help her out, even though they are down one person. Below Deck Adventure fans just watched as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Heather Gay came on board and lightened up the charter. Faye is also trying to figure out how to deal with an overachieving stew, who will stop at nothing to get her second stripe. It looks like Faye has no regrets about joining Below Deck, and fans are enjoying what she brings to the table. Only time will tell if she continues to enjoy it after doing a few more hectic seasons.

Below Deck Adventure airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
