Emily Warburton-Adams appeared on Below Deck season 4 aboard the Eros superyacht. She was the second stewardess and worked alongside chief stewardess Kate Chastain and third stewardess Sierra Storm. Emily only lasted for one season, but she impacted the crew, especially Chef Ben Robinson. The pair dated while the season aired and continued after they stopped filming. She moved to Florida to be with him, and they lived together for about a year.

However, in October 2017, Ben revealed that the pair had decided to go their separate ways. Emily was born and raised in London and has always had very close ties to the city, whereas Ben enjoyed living in Florida and didn't want to take on the extra expense of living in London part-time. The pair decided it was best to end the relationship but maintain a close friendship. Since her breakup with Ben, Emily has lived a quiet life but is still active on social media.

Emily's Life Post-Below Deck

Ever since Emily departed from Below Deck and ended her relationship with Chef Ben, she moved on from her days of working as a stewardess. According to her Instagram profile, Emily co-founded POWFood, a catering service in the United Kingdom that offers wellness services and healthy food delivery. She started the company in 2017, and it has grown exponentially since. They offer everything from ready-to-go meals to healthy snack bars to lifestyle items such as vitamins and healthy juices. Besides her thriving catering business, Emily has quite the following on Instagram, with over 110,000 followers.

Emily Opened Up About Her Eating Disorder

Emily has also been open about her battle with anorexia, and on World Mental Health Day in 2019, she took to Instagram to open up about her struggles with the disease. She shared, "2 years after my first Mental Health Campaign, I’m sharing a recovery image, something that I’ve not had the courage to do previously," continuing, "I’m doing so to share a message of hope, belief and strength, from a girl who once had none." Luckily, Emily was able to seek the help she needed at 18 years old and turned her life around. Now, she feels more determined than ever to live a life she's proud of.

Emily has come a long way since her days as a second stew. Since leaving Below Deck and the yachting industry, Emily has been living her best life, personally and professionally. Not only does she have a successful business, but she's also using her platform to help those suffering from mental health issues and eating disorders. For now, her travels to Morocco and other exciting worldwide locations keep the adventurer busy.
