Elizabeth appeared on Below Deck season 8 as one of the stews under Chief Stew Francesca Rubi. Francesca had a difficult time working alongside Elizabeth and ultimately let her go right before the season ended.

She was ultimately fired from the super yacht after she slept in a guest cabin without permission. While Elizabeth claimed to be blindsided by getting fired, unlike some of the Below Deck Down Under season 2 firings, it was a long time coming.
