Daisy Kelliher from Below Deck Sailing Yacht is a fan-favorite and well-known hard worker, so she had some harsh words for some of her fellow cast members. Daisy has been a staple of Sailing Yacht, and her relationship with Below Deck co-star Gary King has been a topic of conversation for quite a while. The pair has a will-they-won't-they style relationship, and it hasn't stopped Daisy from being very honest about him.

In a recent interview with the Daily Star, Below Deck Sailing Yacht's Daisy Kelliher had some harsh words for co-star Gary and his management style on the ship. "I love Gary and I don't want to speak badly of him, but honestly he needs to amp up his leadership style," she said of her good friend and Below Deck co-star. Daisy's criticism was more in a friendly manner, stating, "Being a good manager is about reading that person and being able to adapt yourself. They shouldn't adapt themselves to you–that's not what they're being paid for, they're at the bottom of the leaderboard."

Also in her interview, Daisy gave her opinions on a possible Below Deck franchise mashup season and who she would want on her crew. First and foremost, she wants to work with Captain Glenn Shephard, Gary, and Colin MacRae from Sailing Yacht. Daisy would obviously be chief stew, with Chef Dave White from Below Deck Med. For stews, Daisy chose Fraser Olender from Below Deck and Aesha Scott from Below Deck Down Under. Daisy wanted some girl power on this crew as she chose Kelsie Goglia from Sailing Yacht and Courtney Veale from Below Deck Med for deckies.

Daisy's idea of a RHUGT-style Below Deck all-stars installment could be very exciting for fans of the franchise. Daisy's all-star cast is one full of fan-favorites, but with any Below Deck crew, there is guaranteed to be some kind of drama, possibly even between Daisy and Gary, especially considering her words about his management style. Daisy and Gary seem to always have drama, but it usually comes down to relationships and not work ethic. It would be interesting to see how the pair would go to war over who managed their crew better, maybe a deck-off.

Sailing Yacht season 4 is off to an excitement start, but it is interesting to see how Daisy would create a crew if she could. While Daisy and Gary may not always see eye to eye, they do work very well together and create a great environment for guests on the boat. Drama is second nature on this show, so it is no shock that the cast members seem to be talking about each other in the media, now to bring the drama back to the screens.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
