One of the primary currencies in Bayonetta 3 is Orbs and there are a couple of ways that players can farm them. Unlike Seeds, Orbs are significant for farming because they allow players to make upgrades to their skills, weapons, and Demon Slave abilities.

These are important aspects of the game that are necessary to upgrade as the difficulty of the combat increases as the game progresses. Orbs can be very useful especially in upgrading Bayonetta's arsenal and tools. Here are some of the best ways to farm Orbs in Bayonetta 3.

Replaying Chapters: Replaying chapters with lots of foes is the greatest strategy to farm Orbs. When players come across a chapter with lots of enemies, they should keep playing this level as many times as needed to collect the desired number of Orbs. There are also chapters in the mix that involve doing puzzles, and these chapters are not the best for replay value if the goal is to farm Orbs.

Mallet of Rewards: This is an accessory that is unlocked with Seeds to increase the number of Orbs from high combos. It is available for purchase at Rodin’s shop in Bayonetta 3's Gates of Hell. By equipping the Mallet of Rewards, the Orb multiplier becomes 1.25 or in other words, increases by 25%. In addition, having a better performance and scoring a higher rank on the chapters will also increase the number of Orbs players can receive.

Higher Combos: Higher combos in battle lead to more Orbs. Being able to hit several enemies at once and keeping the combos going for as long as possible will maximize the number of Orbs that players can receive. Piling up higher combo points and using a variety of attacks while avoiding taking damage will all yield more Orbs in Bayonetta 3.

Orbs are at the top right-hand section of the screen via a pink icon. When there are enough accumulated Orbs to make an upgrade, the place to use them to upgrade weapons and gear lies in the main menu. It is clear that using only one or two ways of farming will not result in the most amount of Orbs collected. Rather, utilizing all the above-mentioned methods to receive Orbs will allow players to develop their arsenal to fight off multiple hoards of enemies throughout Bayonetta 3.

Bayonetta 3 marks the return of the Umbran witch eight years after the last release on the Nintendo Wii U, Bayonetta 2. Bayonetta embarks on a multiversal adventure when a mysterious being known as the Singularity enters the picture and slays the Bayonettas of several universes, absorbing their powers and destroying their realms. One Bayonetta, her friend Jeanne, and a new mysterious Umbran witch in training named Viola are all that stand in the way of complete multiversal destruction. Bayonetta 3 implements several new game mechanics, such as the Demon Slave system, where players can summon massive demons to fight alongside them and crush foes on the field. Additionally, players can expect massive kaiju-sized battles where they'll assume control of these demons and engage in city-sized battles.
