As most know, the Batman Beyond story didn't stop when the critically lauded animated series concluded in 2001. And rather than wait for Batwoman to come to him, Blight takes the fight to her! Meanwhile, Bruce Wayne is surprised to find a blast from his past has returned.
An "evil" villain is looking to takeover Terry McGinnis's body. With his DNA and body, this mysterious villain could easily access the Batcave or create a brand new supervillain. While the Batwoman Beyond battles Blight, this could be the perfect opportunity for a dastardly villain to take advantage of a vulnerable Terry McGinnis. The Batwoman Beyond proves herself to be quite the fighter in Batman Beyond #37, but taking on Terry could be disastrous. As Matt McGinnis and Bruce Wayne continue the search for their brother and protege, they're also looking so unravel the mystery of who managed to steal the suit from the BatCave.
