As the most controversial comic book movie in history, the debates over Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice rage on even years later. The online discussion divided audiences into either loving or hating Zack Snyder's take on DC's heroes, instead of discussing it as fans--a problem the Batman v Superman: By The Minute Podcast hopes to change.

The questions posed by the movie itself--What does "the American Way" mean today? When does a hero become a villain? How would Earth react to the events of Man of Steel?--went unexplored. Even if the film's detractors despise the answers Snyder offers to these questions, shouldn't superhero fans decide for themselves if they're worth asking? Two Screen Rant Editors have set out to discover the truth, rewatching the movie one minute at a time.

Batman v Superman Rewatch Podcast 36

Listen to Episode 36 on PodBean

Welcome to Batman v Superman: By The Minute, a podcast devoted to rewatching, discussing, and deconstructing Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, one minute at a time.

In Minute 36: "Lunch Money" Wallace Keefe proves he's far more important to this story than anyone, including our heroes, may think--and the same goes for actor Scoot McNairy. With all the courage and determination of a young Stephen Colbert, Wallace sends a message to Superman that will light the match on a powder keg in Metropolis. Hopefully Superman can receive it, assuming Perry White's comedy act ends in time.
