During DC FanDome, DC Universe's Harley Quinn found time to mock Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice's infamous Martha moment. Harley Quinn first debuted on DC Universe last November to positive reviews from fans and critics. The series follows Harley (Kaley Cuoco) as she sets out to become a criminal mastermind in her own right within Gotham City. The first season was such a success that Harley Quinn season 2 rolled out mere months after the first ended, though it surprisingly has yet to hear back about season 3. Writer/producer Dean Lorey confirmed last week that talks are still ongoing about Harley Quinn's future.

Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman was the second installment in the DCEU and brought together three of DC's biggest heroes (when one counts Wonder Woman) ahead of Justice LeagueBatman v Superman was met with mixed reviews, with many fans becoming divided over certain moments. One of the more polarizing scenes of the film saw Batman (Ben Affleck) gaining the upper hand over Superman (Henry Cavill). As he prepares to deal the final blow, Superman begs Batman to save Martha, his mother who is being held captive by Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg). Of course, Batman's late mother was also named Martha, and he draws back almost immediately.

During a brief interlude in DC FanDome, Cuoco's Harley sat down to answer a few fan questions. While she didn't have any updates regarding season 3, Harley was asked to play a familiar game: F***, marry, kill. Her options were Wonder Woman, Batman, and Superman, and her answer was very meta:

F*** Wonder Woman, kill the two dudes after I torture the sh** out of them and make them fight each other until they’re referencing their mothers, marry [Poison] Ivy… What? This is my f****** Q&A, okay, I don't have to play by the rules!

The Martha moment in Batman v Superman continues to inspire a lot of jokes and parodies, and people still seem to be divided on whether it was a good moment or not. For his part, Snyder gave a better explanation for it back in March during a Batman v Superman watch party, and the film as a whole has gained a lot more supporters over the years. All in all, Harley's DC FanDome joke was likely said in good fun and became another prime example of her blunt, raunchy humor.

Harley Quinn was supposed to have its own panel yesterday as well, but when DC FanDome split itself into two days, the panel was moved to September 12. The hope among fans is that a season 3 announcement will arrive then, as that seems like the prime time to announce it. However, it still remains to be seen if Harley Quinn will return for more episodes. If it doesn't, though, Harley will likely have a few choice words to say about it.
