New The Batman movie set photos reveal Robert Pattinson's full Batman costume and Bruce Wayne's Batcycle. Ever since Ben Affleck exited the Batman solo movie, leaving his version of Bruce Wayne in the DC Extended Universe behind, writer-director Matt Reeves has moved forward with his new vision for the Dark Knight. Robert Pattinson was cast as Batman and he's joined in the upcoming film by a talented ensemble cast set to play other familiar residents of Gotham.

Recently, with The Batman gearing up to officially start filming, fan attention has turned to the movie's reveal of the iconic costume. Reeves unveiled Pattinson's Batman movie costume in a video just last week, evidently to get ahead of the suit being accidentally revealed by unofficial set photos. Now, though, new Batman set photos offer a better look at the costume and one of Bruce Wayne's rides.

Today, Glasgow Live posted a series of The Batman set photos that reveal a stunt performer suited up in Pattinson's full Batman movie costume and riding a Batcycle. The set photos come from the production set up around Glasgow Cathedral and the necropolis, with filming said to continue through the weekend. Pattinson will be joined in The Batman by Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, Colin Farrell as Penguin, Paul Dano as The Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Jim Gordon and Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth among others. Set photos began popping up from the production last month, as stunt performers and other members of the crew began readying the locations to begin officially filming with the cast. And now that Pattinson's Batsuit has been revealed, it seems fans can expect the Dark Knight's costume to also be part of preparations. These photos have given us a better look at the Batsuit, including the cowl and Bruce's wrist gauntlets, along with a first look at Batman's Batcycle, which has somewhat of a retro feel to it.

As The Batman movie starts filming with the full cast, fans can expect plenty more set photos to surface from the DC movie production - hopefully some with the actors in costume rather than of the stunt performers. Although stunt performers are key to the making of a film and keeping the actors safe, fans surely want to see Pattinson in his Batman costume, and Kravitz suited up as Catwoman since it will give them an idea of what to expect from Reeves' DC film. These latest Batman movie set photos and videos give fans a much better look at the full costume - or, at least, a stunt version of it - which should hopefully tide fans over until a better look at Pattinson in the Batsuit is revealed.
