Warning! Contains Spoilers for Tim Drake: Robin #3There have been dozens of people that Batman has invited to the Bat-Family over the years, there have been five Robins alone, but not every member of the Batfamily has always gotten along but recently one Robin has finally put their darkest feud to an end.

Not every member of the Bat-Family has always managed to work alongside each other. Barbara Gordon has often called Batman out on his behavior, and Jason and Dick's relationship hasn't always been great ever since Jason came back from the dead even Tim has had issues with Cassandra in the past. But absolutely no one has had a worse relationship in the Bat-Family than Tim Drake and Damian Wayne. While Nightwing and Red Hood's relationship has been difficult at times, it absolutely pales in comparison to when Tim and Damian met, which is why it's all the more important that recently Tim finally admitted his true feelings for Damian, and they're a lot more positive than they used to be.

Tim Drake recently admitted exactly how he felt about Damian Wayne in Meghan Fitzmartin and Riley Rossmo's Tim Drake: Robin #3. Tim is being attacked by clay versions of every single Robin, while battling them Tim breaks down his relationship with every single one of the Robins, such as how Dick is the coolest person he knows or how much he loves Stephanie's unpredictability, but what he says about Damian is by far the most interesting, he refers to Damian as "my baby brother." This is a huge statement for Tim, considering how vicious their Robin feud was. While Damian definitely made his feelings for Tim clear and put an end to the feud on his side long ago, this is the first time readers have gotten confirmation that Tim has done the same.

The First Time Tim and Damian Met Was Very Brutal

It's hard not to blame Tim for the grudge he held against Damian, considering the first time they ever met, Damian very nearly killed Tim outright. Readers got to see this brutal first meeting back in the pages of Grant Morrison and Andy Kubert's Batman #657, this version of Damian was wild and brutal, having been entirely raised by the League of Assassins, he had no empathy and no concern for other people. He was furious that someone unrelated to Bruce Wayne was wearing the Robin mantle and so Damian decided to beat Tim unconscious before making his violent debut as Batman's new Robin.

After that encounter, Tim and Damian Wayne rarely spent anytime together if possible, and it wasn't the last fight they ever had. It's hard to blame Tim for not wanting to be around Damian after that, but the fact Tim Drake now considers Damian Wayne his baby brother, shows just how far the two have come since then.
