Tayshia Adams has officially kicked off her journey as The Bachelorette, and 4 new men have been added to the group. One of those men is Spencer Robertson, who received Tayshia's first impression rose.

When Tayshia began her journey as the lead of The Bachelorette, she did not know what to expect. She began the night speaking with a number of Clare Crawley's exes. Then, all of a sudden, Chris Harrison pulled her aside. Chris brought her to the driveway where she began meeting four more The Bachelorette men. These guys will be joining her as she searches for love. The first guy to step out of the limo was Spencer, and Tayshia was immediately smitten with him. Clearly, they had an instant connection, as Tayshia gave him her first impression rose.

It is no surprise that Tayshia gave Spencer Robertson her first impression rose. He is very attractive and charming. When he was the first to pull her aside for a chat, he proved he was there for her. While getting the first impression rose does not necessarily mean that he will make it far, most of the men who got first impression roses were the ones the female leads ultimately got engaged to. So, who is Spencer Robertson and what do fans need to know about the man who caught Tayshia's eye? As revealed in a recent episode, Spencer is from San Diego, California. which is not too far from Tayshia's home in Orange County. Spencer is the president at Robertson Water Treatment in San Diego and he's a water treatment engineer, according to US Weekly. Spencer seems to be quite the catch (and possibly a good match for Tayshia).

In order to have such a successful job nowadays, a good education is necessary. Spencer attended the University of Oregon and graduated with a degree in chemistry, according to Bustle. During his college years (2009-2012), Spencer was a midfielder on the University of Oregon's lacrosse team, and also played at the West Coast Lacrosse Club. The club actually congratulated him on his The Bachelorette stint in a recent Instagram post. While playing that sport back in the day, Spencer's height must have come in handy. He stands six feet two inches, towering over Tayshia, who is only 5'5.

Spencer also has some connections to Bachelor Nation. Jordan Rodgers, who won and became engaged to former Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher, follows Spencer on Instagram. Even two-time The Bachelor contestant Becca Tilley follows the new contestant. Spencer does follow them back, but it is unclear how they all know each other.

By the looks of it, Spencer will definitely make it far in The Bachelorette competition, and could possibly end up engaged to Tayshia. Is Spencer too good to be true or is he Tayshia Adam's perfect match? We will just have to wait and see.
