Since becoming a contestant on The Bachelorette, Tyler Cameron has always dreamed about competing on Dancing With The Stars one day. The model found fame while competing for Hannah Brown's heart on The Bachelorette season 15. He made it all the way to the final two, but Hannah chose Jed Wyatt over Tyler. While he was left heartbroken, the show opened a lot of doors for the 28-year-old.
Not only did Tyler Cameron date the most sought-after supermodel Gigi Hadid, but he was also able to have several income streams thanks to the show. Tyler helped his good friend Matt James a lead role as The Bachelor, got invited to amazing events, and even wrote his own book, which is now available for purchase. While all those perks are nice, Tyler still dreams of competing on DWTS, and it seems like he may be joining the show for the upcoming season.
During a podcast episode of Chicks In The Office, Tyler Cameron spoke about his dream of competing on Dancing With The Stars. One of the co-hosts asked Tyler if he would be doing more TV shows, to which he said yes. "I don't how much I can say about a new show I'm going on, but I'll be dancing," he added. Both hosts went silent for a moment, shocked but assured they knew he would be appearing in the upcoming season of DWTS. However, Tyler said that they think they might know, but they actually don't. In the comment section of the podcast's TikTok page, fans debated what dancing show he could be appearing on. Some are convinced Tyler is either competing on DWTS or The Masked Dancer. Others even suggested that he may be filming a Magic Mike remake.
Even though Tyler was being coy, it seems more than likely he may appear on DWTS. In August 2019, during an interview with TV Guide’s A Beautiful Podcast to Fall in Love, the former football player said he would love to go on the show if he had the chance. "As a kid, I always said I wanted to go on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and that football was going to be the way I got onto [the show," he admitted. "My football career didn’t work out, but maybe this could help me get on ‘Dancing with Stars’ one day." And it seems his dream may be coming to fruition as Tyler, who recently split with his girlfriend, was recently spotted by an anonymous person at a dance studio practicing a dance routine (via Deux Moi). Season 30 is scheduled to premiere next month, so fans will find out soon enough if Tyler is featured in the upcoming season.
If Tyler is appearing on DWTS, Bachelor Nation will likely not miss a single episode. Former Bachelor contestants are known to do well on the show, with three past contestants going on the win the show, including Tyler's ex Hannah Brown. If the rumors are true, fans will find out within the next couple of weeks if Tyler is officially a DWTS contestant.
