The Bachelorette alum Robby Hayes recently opened up about his alleged sex tape with former Chrisley Knows Best star Lindsie Chrisley. She's accused her father of using the sex tape accusations as a way to blackmail her.

Chrisley Knows Best is a reality show that follows the lives of real estate guru Todd Chrisley and his family. Lindsie, who is married to Will Campbell, left the show two years ago and has since accused her father and brother, Chase, of attempting to blackmail her with an alleged sex tape of her and Hayes. Todd and Chase have also accused Lindsie of having an affair with another Bachelor Nation alum, Josh Murray. Her father and brother allegedly asked Lindsie to lie about an incident, telling her if she didn't, they'd share the sex tape. Meanwhile, Lindsie says her father is just attempting to distract people from his charges of tax evasion. Now, Hayes is speaking out on the incident.

On the podcast Housewives and Vanderpump, Hayes confronted the rumors that he and Lindsie made a sex tape. He told hosts that he and Lindsie "did not make a sex tape," but instead the two "got caught" on a puppy camera in Lindsie's friend's living room, where they were crashing. Since there was no consent on either side, Hayes explained, it debunked Todd's idea that it was a "sex tape." He added that he and Lindsie are in the middle of "dealing with it" and that the two had recently talked in-person in Atlanta, where they both live. He also said he feels like Todd has always had a "hard head" about him and Murray and that the real estate mogul gave him "sh*t" one year on the red carpet at the ACM Awards in Las Vegas.

Murray has also spoken out about the alleged affairs. The Bachelorette alum's statement said that he and Lindsie “have been friends for years” and that he understood the Chrisleys were going through a hard time with the tax evasion charges. He added that they should "probably focus on how not to be imprisoned for 30 years" as opposed to "spreading gossip" and hurting their daughter. Murray concluded his statement by saying he wished the Chrisleys the "best." Meanwhile, Todd maintains that Lindsie is lying about the blackmailing incident, claiming that he wanted to keep his daughter's extramarital affairs a secret for her sake.

Now that Lindsie and Hayes are addressing the rumors head-on, maybe they can eventually (and finally) squash them. Todd has enough to worry about concerning his legal woes without getting into another messy lawsuit with his daughter. Hopefully the family is able to move on after this, although Lindsie said she would "never" be able to forgive her father.
