Rachel Lindsay from The Bachelorette is thanking fans for all the support she has received during her time as co-host of the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast. The 36-year-old began her journey on the podcast in July 2019 alongside former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky. After a few months of recording the show, Ali decided it wasn't the right fit for her, and Becca Kufrin stepped in as her replacement. Rachel and Becca had a great rapport on the podcast together, which is why listeners tuned in every week for a new episode.

Before Rachel joined the podcast, she was introduced to Bachelor Nation after being cast in Nick Viall's season of The Bachelor. She became a fan-favorite amongst the viewers and was named The Bachelorette shortly after she was sent home. Rachel not only became the first Black lead in the franchise, but she also met her now-husband, Bryan Abasolo, on The Bachelorette. The franchise has been such a large part of her life, but Rachel believes it is time to put this part of her life behind her.

During her final episode of the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, Rachel reflected on her time as a member of Bachelor Nation and the podcast. "You know, I talk about why I’m leaving, but I’m not saying ‘thank you’ enough,” the former attorney told Becca during Tuesday's episode. "So I want to say thank you to you.…I talk about the franchise, we know I have this love-hate relationship, but I am thankful for the opportunity to do this podcast, and it has been so great and so much fun." Rachel feels she and Becca made an impact on Bachelor Nation and knows the podcast is in good hands with her. She also gave a shout-out to the listeners for all the support they have show her throughout her journey, adding, "Sometimes, you hear the negativity louder than the support, but there is so much overwhelming support and so…I want you to know how much you mean to me and how much I appreciate you."

As the co-host looked back on some of the best moments they shared on the podcast, Becca started to become emotional. Becca told her co-host and good friend how much of an impact she has made on the franchise and how she has inspired her. "Whether you fully recognize the power and the change that you’ve had in this franchise—it’s there," she said. Rachel's final episode on the podcast came just one week after The Bachelorette star announced her departure from the show. The TV personality felt her time on the podcast had run its course and believed it was time to close the door on this chapter of her life.

Rachel's time on the Bachelor Happy Hour has given her the platform to make the franchise a more inclusive space for people of any background. Fans recognize what she has done for The Bachelorette and appreciate her dedication to calling out the changes that need to be made. Her contributions will never be forgotten by those who supported Rachel throughout her journey with the franchise.
