It's been six years since Kaitlyn Bristowe stepped out of the limo on night one of Chris Soule's season of The Bachelor and delivered a hilarious and memorable line that many fans still remember today. Since then, Kaitlyn has been busy with her podcast, scrunchie line, wine label and has even ventured into hosting season the newest season of The Bachelorette. But even with a packed schedule and businesses galore, Kaitlyn has still managed to be unapologetically herself, be a voice for many, and give back.

With almost 2 million followers on Instagram, Kaitlyn Bristowe makes sure to share real, unfiltered pictures of herself and she isn't shy about discussing her experiences with mental health regularly with her followers, always allowing them to share their experiences with her as well. Kaitlyn has also shared her struggles with mental health on her podcast Off The Vine. In one of the episodes, Kaitlyn featured mental health advocate Victoria Garrick of Hidden Opponent, an advocacy group that raises awareness for student-athlete mental health and addresses the stigma around mental health within sports culture. She has also covered a variety of topics with guests including fad diets, women's health, motherhood, eating disorders in both men and women, and more. Her podcast provides her followers with helpful resources and information that some listeneres may not have had. Now, they could have someone whom they can reach out to who understands.

In March 2021, Kaitlyn Bristowe also started encouraging her podcast listeners to shop small and shop local by nominating small businesses in a segment called "Pump Your Tires." Over time, the listeners could submit nominations for their favorite businesses in the reviews of Kaitlyn's podcast in the Apple Podcast app and find out who the winner is at the end of each month. The first "Pump Your Tires" winner was a Black female-owned infant and children's boutique, while the latest winner will be an Asian-owned small business.

Inspired by her love of scrunchies, Kaitlyn launched Dew Edit in 2018 with a goal of offering high-quality hair accessories and remind customers to be authentic and unique. The female-forward line has since grown and expanded into apparel, including face masks and sweatshirts and prioritizes using environmentally friendly packaging. Most recently, the line released a collection of Kaitlyn's favorite scrunchies from the past year, called Scrunchies for Scrubs. 50% of the proceeds are going to healthcare workers through Direct Relief. This also isn't the first time that Dew Edit has a charity collection. The scrunchie line collaborated with Headbands of Hope in late 2019 to create a one of a kind headband, which upon purchasing, donated customizable coloring book headbands to children with cancer.

The former The Bachelorette lead not only advocates for people, but also for animals. Over the years, Kaitlyn continues to raise awareness for animal rescues and even adopted her own dogs, Ramen and Pinot, from Bunny's Buddies - a rescue from San Diego, California. Kaitlyn has also featured rescue dogs, along with dogs of all ages and sizes, as models for Dew Edit's bandana line, making sure to share these animals' stories with her followers. Additionally, Kaitlyn donated her earning from Who Wants To Be a Millionaire to Pet Orphans of Southern California, a non-profit animal shelter dedicated to promoting responsible pet rescuing and rehabilitating animals and promoting responsible pet ownership.
