The Bachelorette alums JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are officially getting married in May 2022. JoJo first appeared on Ben Higgins' season of The Bachelorbut her journey ended in heartbreak when he chose Lauren Bushnell over her. However, this ended up working in her favor when she got a second chance at finding love as the season 12 Bachelorette. Her season featured Jordan and Robby Hayes as her final two, and she ultimately declared her love for Jordan in the finale. The couple has been engaged since 2016, and Jordan even re-proposed in 2019. "I always wanted to re-propose, with no cameras, no producers, no drama…just us," he wrote in an Instagram post.

The pair has managed to do a lot with their time, including hosting Cash Pad on CNBC and Battle of The Fittest Couple on The Paramount Network, but they still haven't been able to get married. In a June 2020 Instagram post, JoJo commemorated the day that would have been their wedding if the COVID-19 pandemic hadn't postponed it. "6.13.20 ... Happy ‘What would have been Wedding Day’ to us!" she wroteShe ended the post by saying, even though circumstances prevented them from getting married on that day, it will be worth the wait. JoJo and Jordan originally postponed their wedding until 2021, but had to push it back again.

JoJo revealed that their new wedding date is now in May 2022. She spoke about how they've had to postpone their big day one year later every time so it doesn't conflict with Jordan's football schedule. "Every time we postpone, it’s had to be one year out from the date because fall is not an option. Jordan’s gone for football all fall and there’s only a couple months of the year where our venue is really thriving and beautiful because it is outdoors, so it is just May of next year," JoJo told Us Weekly. She also talked about how, even though they don't regret waiting, she and Jordan are definitely getting married that day no matter what. "I want it to be everything that we both dreamt up and we wanted all the people there. So it’s a personal decision, but I would say if anyone else is waiting, just know that it’s going to be worth it," she said.

JoJo also talked about trying on her wedding dress for the first time since 2019. She mentioned that she brought her friends, Bachelor alum Becca Tilley and Tanya Rad, along with her to pick up her dress. "They were there with me the first time I tried on the original dress," JoJo said. She also said she tried on a bunch of new dresses as well, but came back to the original. However, she is still looking for a fun dress to wear to her reception. "And I just feel like it’s two years of waiting. I deserve two dresses!"

Bachelor Nation hasn't had the best luck with long-lasting relationships, so it's nice to see that JoJo and Jordan are still together, even if their wedding had to be postponed. Soon they'll be joining the list of couples that actually tied the knot after meeting through the franchise. Other couples that Bachelorette fans will recognize as still going strong include, Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici, Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter, and Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo.
