Trigger Warning! This article discusses topics related to allegations of sexual assault.

Bachelor Nation fans are accusing The Bachelorette season 18 star Joe Coleman of deleting all comments on his Instagram profile that pertain to his accusations of sexual assault. This week, a Reddit thread accused Joe of allegedly sexually assaulting a woman during his years attending the University of Minnesota. The original poster behind these accusations had her identity verified by the mods of r/thebachelor and the Reddit thread that she started has now accumulated over 2,600 upvotes and 500 comments.

On the show, Joe introduced himself as a 28-year-old real estate developer and former college basketball player from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Right off the bat, he and Michelle bonded over being from Minnesota and playing college basketball. However, Michelle went on to expose Joe as having "ghosted" her in the past when she tried to send him a direct message via Instagram. In any case, Joe became a fan-favorite on The Bachelorette and his elimination caused a huge commotion among Bachelor Nation on social media.

Since these accusations against Joe came to light, fans started to storm his social media profiles with questions. Alas, it seems like Joe has been allegedly deleting all the comments that have to do with this topic. A new Reddit thread (seen below) alleged that Joe's latest Instagram post had many comments related to his assault accusations. However, those comments are now nowhere to be found, indicating that he may have deleted them all. Indeed, when scrolling through Joe's most recent post on Instagram, not a single comment about Joe's alleged behavior can be found, despite how much traction this story has gained on social media.

Meanwhile, Bachelor Nation has been keeping this discussion alive regarding Joe. Another thread on Reddit noted that famous blogger Reality Steve had already mentioned in a post from October 2021 that he received lots of negative messages regarding Joe. "There isn't a guy this season who I've been emailed about more than Joe Coleman," Reality Steve wrote, "(...) and none of it is good. I knew about it. The show knew about it. And supposedly Michelle knew about it. So take that for what you will." It is important to point out that Reality Steve didn't specify what he heard about Joe in these alleged messages, but the blogger did make it clear that most stories weren't good.

There's no denying that Joe really stood out during Michelle Young's season. Many fans expected that the final two would be between Joe and Nayte Olukoya, but Joe was sent home in third place and Brandon Jones went on to become the runner-up of season 18. Now, Joe is experiencing a very different reaction from Bachelor Nation on social media.
