Bad boy of The Bachelorette Jed Wyatt cuddled up to a new flame in Miami over the past week, only months after his broken engagement to season 15 lead Hannah Brown. Wyatt and Brown were engaged only five weeks while the show aired, and were separated by the finale in late July. Over the past week, Wyatt has been sharing snippets of his Miami vacation on social media, including regular cameos from a new woman.

Fans were heartbroken for Brown when she announced her split from Wyatt during the finale of The Bachelorette, but nobody was surprised. Rumors circulated early that Wyatt had come on the show with a girlfriend, and was only competing for Brown's affection to boost his music career. Mid-season, Wyatt's then-girlfriend of 4 months, Haley Stevens, shared personal notes suggesting Wyatt was meant to remain loyal to Stevens throughout, and confirming he was only looking for a platform to share his music. Stevens claimed Wyatt ghosted her after filming wrapped. When confronted by Brown, Wyatt attempted to downplay his relationship with Stevens, but Hannah is no fool and ended the engagement.

Despite joining the show for the wrong reasons, Wyatt did seem heartbroken over his split from Brown. The country musician did appear genuinely in love by the end of the season. However, Us Weekly reported that earlier this week Wyatt travelled to Miami to spend time with a personal trainer by the name of Ellen Decker. Clearly, Wyatt, who is best known for writing the jingle for a dog food commercial, isn't sitting at home licking his wounds. Both Wyatt and Decker shared Instagram stories of the pair dining and hanging out in Miami. Decker added commentary that she was "hot and sweaty" in some photos, but "so happy."

Jed Wyatt and girlfriend

Wyatt hasn't had it easy since his stint on The Bachelorette. Trying to get ahead of the inevitable rumors, he told Brown early on in filming that he had originally come on the show to boost his music career. Wyatt was the first contestant in show history to announce his ill intentions - something Brown found refreshing - but unfortunately, Wyatt left out all the juicy girlfriend-at-home parts of his story. Hannah Brown was one of Bachelor Nation's most beloved bachelorettes, and fans were not easy on Wyatt for his deception. On July 8, Wyatt took to Instagram saying:

"Threatening letters and phone calls have been sent to our homes. My parents and sister are being verbally attacked in public. I beg you to remember what seems like a harmless action is damaging to real people."

While things don't seem that serious between Wyatt and Decker yet, both Wyatt and Brown do seem to have moved on since The Bachelorette finale in July. Brown has been crushing it week after week on Dancing With the Stars and Wyatt has moved beyond dog food jingles to performing at brewery concerts hosted by Jana Kramer. Apparently, wearing a guitar around your neck through a season of The Bachelorette can in fact boost your music career, and depending on what happens with Decker, Wyatt may even get the girl too.
