Graham Bunn, who appeared on season four of The Bachelorette, recently shared new details on his past relationship with reality star, Chrishell Stause. The 42-year-old appeared on the popular podcast, Click Bait With Bachelor Nation. In the episode, he spoke about their time as a couple before he went on the show.
Viewers who are familiar with DeAnna Papas' season of the ABC reality series are sure to remember Graham. He made it all the way to the top four before he was eliminated during week six. Shortly after Graham's time of The Bachelorette, he did rekindle his relationship with Chrishell, but ultimately the two did not work out. After they officially split, he appeared on the second season of Bachelor Pad, as well as the first season of Bachelor in Paradise.
During Graham's interview with the Click Bait With Bachelor Nation hosts, Tayshia Adams, Joe Amabile and Natasha Parker, he opened up about how he met the now 39-year-old real estate agent. Graham met Chrishell in New York City shortly after he returned from playing professional basketball in Germany. As first reported by Us Weekly, once Graham returned to the States, he did not know much about "anything other than basketball" and was trying to figure out his path in life. But when he met Chrishell, his life turned completely upside down. “I met Chrishell and fell in love,” he recalled. "I was like, ‘This is the most adult relationship I’ve ever been in’ … even now.” Their relationship did not last long the first time around as she was approached to be a contestant on The Bachelor. Graham completely understood, as the two were only dating for a short period of time, but hoped they would see each other again if the show didn't work out for her.
While Graham was disappointed the relationship did not work out between them, he explained she was open in her communication from the moment they started dating. "She was coming off of a really bad experience with someone in New York and she was very open about her expectations of our relationship,” he shared. “She was very strong-willed in her communication about, ‘Hey, this is where I’m at and if you’re okay with that, I would love to spend time with you. But if not, I totally get it — you have to do what’s best for you.’ So when we had that conversation, I didn’t have any legs to stand." Chrishell decided not to take the opportunity to go on the show, but Graham did. He joined The Bachelorette in 2008, but his relationship with DeAnna did not work out. After he came back from the show, he and Chrishell rekindled their romance and went on to date for two years.
Chrishell eventually Justin Hartley in 2017 until their break up in 2019. She recently opened up about her new relationship with Dancing with the Stars pro, Keo Motsepe, in December 2020. As for Graham, he is not currently in a serious relationship.
