Ahead of the July premiere of The Bachelorette season 19, four men from the season revealed why they couldn't wait to meet Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia. Gabby, a 31-year-old ICU nurse from Denver, and Rachel, a 26-year-old pilot and flight instructor from Clermont, Florida, were named dual Bachelorettes after their tumultuous experience on Clayton Echard's season of The Bachelor earlier this year. Clayton told all of the final three women that he loved them, but later said that he loved Susie Evans "the most," and broke up with Gabby and Rachel.
Rachel and Gabby are now ready to move on. Their promos for The Bachelorette season 19 show two best friends on a mission to find love. Gabby has said that she is looking for a man who is humorous and has emotional intelligence. Rachel wants someone who is playful and can make her laugh. Additionally, her ideal person is someone who supports her and her dreams. The season has already completed filming, so time will tell if the women found what they are looking for.
Now Bachelor Nation reports the reasons that four of the men from The Bachelorette season 19 were so eager to meet Gabby and Rachel. In handwritten notes, the men answered the prompt, "I can't wait to meet the Bachelorettes because..." Michael, a 32-year-old pharmaceutical salesman, wrote that both Rachel and Gabby "seem like incredible women with a lot to offer as partners." He commented that he was looking forward to seeing them because they looked "gorgeous on TV and I'm sure they are even more beautiful in person." Michael also said that he was attracted to Gabby's "humor and poise" and Rachel's "passion and adventurous nature." Kirk, a 29-year-old college football coach, shared that he could not wait to meet Gabby and Rachel because "they are not only beautiful, but intelligent, goal-oriented, incredible women!"
26-year-old English teacher John wrote that he could not wait to meet the two Bachelorettes because "there's 2 of them!" He said that he thought that his favorite thing about them was going to be their personalities because "they seem to have such fun-loving spirits and good senses of humor." Brandan, a 23-year-old bartender shared that he was "excited to find out what we will bond over, to find out that one thing that we can talk for hours about." He also said that he wanted "to learn if Rachel or Gabby will be the last person I ever date. Nerve-racking to say that, but it's what we're all here for."
The men of The Bachelorette season 19 seem to have joined the show for the right reasons. These four appear to be genuinely interested in and excited about Rachel and Gabby. Both women have their own unique qualities that make them special, and it seems as though these men know all about them from watching them on The Bachelor. Perhaps one of them was the recipient of either Rachel or Gabby's final rose.
