Engaged couple Clare Crawley and Dale Moss from The Bachelorette have called it quits again after a brief reconciliation. The couple met last summer while Dale was competing for Clare's heart on the ABC reality series. They fell in love almost immediately. After just two weeks of getting to know one another, Clare was so confident in her feelings for Dale that she decided to shut down production and leave the show as an engaged woman.

However, after their engagement aired on national television, Dale announced their split after six months together. At the time, sources said disagreements regarding children and where to live led to the split. But less than a month later, the couple were spotted flaunting their PDA all around Florida. Clare and Dale were seen holding hands, kissing, and looking more in love than ever. Since then, the pair have been seen out and about quite often. They reunited to celebrate birthdays and the Fourth of July. Though the couple didn't have another former proposal, their engagement was clearly back on, as Clare started to wear her ring on that special finger again. Reps previously said they hadn't started the wedding planning process just yet but were enjoying each other's company again.

After trying to make their relationship work, a source told Page Six that Clare and Dale broke up again nearly two months after their initial reunion. "Dale and Clare have split again. This time it's for good. It didn't end well," the source said. Clare last posted a photo of the pair together two weeks ago at the US Open in New York. Since then, Dale has been seen around town without Clare, leaving Bachelor Nation fans to speculate on the couple's status. Dale was recently out and about at Fashion Week events, a Coldplay concert, and a screening for Dear Evan Hansen with a group of male friends.

Clare and Dale's engagement was a new one for the franchise, as no other show lead in history had ever cut their season short to follow their heart and gut about a single contestant. Therefore, the couple faced a lot of opinions and media scrutiny in the first few months of their happily ever after. Unfortunately, it appears the pressure got the best of their relationship. As of now, neither Clare nor Dale have commented publicly on the split.

It has truly been a rollercoaster for Clare and Dale, but this is the first time a source has noted that their split was for good this time around. In the end, the pair didn't have the time it takes on The Bachelorette to really get to know one another and fall in love. They were each looking for different things in a committed relationship. While neither party is in the wrong, it's time for both of them to move on.
