The Bachelorette season 16 has introduced viewers to some of the greatest guys. It's no surprise that the lead of the show, Tayshia Adams fell for multiple men. One of them is a sweet Midwestern boy Ben Smith, who professed his love by baring it all in a room full of people.

Although the previous bachelorette Clare Crawley blew up the initial episodes of The Bachelorette, it's great to see that she's extremely happy with her decision. She left the show just after four episodes to be with her fiance Dale Moss. It's now Tayshia's turn to find her perfect match, and it's getting harder for her to send the eligible bachelors home in every episode. The 29-year-old gentle, charming, and attractive Ben is giving tough competition to other suitors and is considered one of the frontrunners. He got a chance to build a strong connection with Tayshia when he "showed up" at her doorstep at two in the morning. Although he struggles with dropping his guard, he opened up about the eating disorder he had for 15 years.

Ben revealed that he is into fitness and nutrition because he fought with disordered eating and bulimia. At the age of 15, he believed that girls don't like fat guys, so he stopped eating and started working out. Then he had bulimia for ten years when he was in his 20s. But, The Bachelorette contestant now feels safe and comfortable in his body. The Army veteran has been working as a personal trainer at Deuce Gym. After a life-changing back injury, he chose not to return to his duty in the Midwest and planned to follow a different path and relocated to Venice Beach, Calif. Ben's uniform has changed to gym shorts, and now he sports a bit longer hair.

Ben is also working on a fitness project called the Bodybuilding Club, which includes bodybuilding, training, and nutrition. The program is available at $49/month. The average salary of a fitness coach in California (via Stars Offline) is $69K per year. And his net worth is estimated to be $150K as of 2020.

Considering Ben's reality TV fame, his net worth would probably increase tremendously by the end of The Bachelorette season 16. He already has 139K followers on Instagram. And after watching his super toned, unclad body in the last episode, some of the fans might consider joining his bodybuilding program. Good luck, Ben!
