After completing her journey as The Bachelorette, Katie Thurston gave upcoming lead Michelle Young a key piece of advice. Before either of the ladies was announced as the lead, they met while competing on Matt James' season of The Bachelor. Katie became a huge hit with the viewers after she exited the limo on night one with a vibrator, while Michelle was beloved for her kind and loving personality.

However, neither Michelle nor Katie was able to win the affection of Matt. Katie left halfway through the season in the middle of her first one-on-one date, while Michelle made it all the way to the final two before Matt decided his heart was with his current girlfriend, Rachael Kirkconnell. Even though both women left broken-hearted, an opportunity to potentially find their future husband was waiting for them. And it seems Katie might already be engaged to that special guy.

In an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight after the taping of the Men Tell All, Katie offered a piece of advice to the upcoming lead. "I've spoken to her as much as I can because I know it's any day now they're gonna take her phone away," the bank marketing manager said of Michelle, who began filming her season this summer. "I think the biggest advice I've given her is to just be open. Don't close yourself off too early. I think guys can surprise you [...] weeks later when you don't expect it." Now that Katie is down to her final three men, Blake Moynes, Greg Grippo, and Justin Glaze, she believes one of her former suitors could potentially be a perfect match for Michelle.

The reality star named Josh, an IT consultant from Miami, as a possible contestant for Michelle's season. She said of the 25-year-old, "They just have very similar personalities. He is such a sweetheart, and I think that's what she's looking for, someone who's just so kindhearted. That's something that Josh really offers." Michelle seasons reportedly began filming earlier this week at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in California. Shortly after they wrap filming there, Michelle and her contestants will be heading to her home state of Minnesota. As for when her season will air, ABC announced the premiere episode for October 16. Similar to Tayshia and Clare's season, it will fill a Tuesday timeslot instead of Monday.

Now that Katie has some experience as the lead, she is excited to watch Michelle find the man of her dreams. While it may be difficult at times, dating so many men at once, hopefully, this journey will lead Michelle to her future husband. Whatever the outcome is, viewers are excited to see Michelle take on the role of The Bachelorette.
