Bachelor Nation’s Wells Adams called out the way current star of The Bachelor Zach Shallcross dealt with the fantasy suites portion of his season. Wells was a contestant during The Bachelorette season 12. After being eliminated during week 6, he appeared in Bachelor In Paradise season 3. He was again eliminated in week 6, then eventually returned to be the hotel bartender on the show and eventually married actress Sarah Hyland.

According to Us Weekly, Bachelor In Paradise's Wells Adams and Sarah took to his Instagram Story to react to the March 20 episode of The Bachelor season 27 as it was airing.

In relation to Zach telling all the women and the cameras that he doesn’t want to have sex with anyone during “sex week,” Wells reacted, “I figured out why it’s weird. It’s weird because it’s something that he doesn’t need to do on camera.” He said a better option would have been to talk to the women when the cameras finally did leave and explain how he is feeling about the whole thing.

Wells’ wife and Modern Family star Sarah also commented on the episode and was featured in Wells’ Instagram Story, saying, “He tells you that he doesn’t want to have sex with you...how do you think she’s going to react to that?” The final three women--Gabi Elnicki, Ariel Frenkel, and Kaity Biggar--all reacted to his thoughts on the fantasy suite. Zach had the first date with Ariel, whom he wasn’t intimate with, but then on his second date with Gabi, he shared that the two did end up having sex, and Zach told host Jesse Palmer. Wells then tweeted that his advice for Zach would have been, “Do Not Kiss And Tell.”

Obviously, every Bachelor and Bachelorette star is going to take their own approach to the entire season, which includes the end where they get to go to the fantasy suites and be away from the cameras for the first time. Zach has based a lot of his season on being very honest and straightforward. This was most likely what he was trying to do by sharing with the whole production and all the women his plan to not have sex on any of the dates. However, now that he has gone ahead and done that, his plan seems to have backfired on him a bit.

With the Bachelor season 27 finale airing soon, is it no secret that Zach has had a more open approach to his season, and according to him, he ends up happy with the ending of the show. Whether that means he found love or not has yet to be determined, but hopefully his strategy of avoiding drama and keeping the focus on finding love has paid off for him in the end. What's a guarantee is that Bachelor Nation will have lots of reactions to the way Zach has gone about his season and how it all ends, just like they do every time.

The Bachelor airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
