Peter Weber recently opened up about his thoughts on Hannah Brown's appearance during the filming of his season of The Bachelor, including how he was certain she would be coming back later. Peter came in third on Hannah's season, after Tyler Cameron and Jed Wyatt. His season of The Bachelor was filmed just four months after Hannah's finale for The Bachelorette was filmed.

Peter and Hannah formed a deep connection on the season that they both have spoken fondly of since. They experience a beautiful one-on-one, the infamous fantasy suite windmill date, and a heartbreaking final goodbye in week 9. Although her now-ex fiancé, Jed Wyatt, received the final rose, their relationship ultimately ended when it was revealed Jed might have had a girlfriend going into the show and only went on to further his music career. Following her Dancing With The Stars win, Hannah came out of the limo on the first night of Peter's season to return his pilot wings. She later returned on a group date, where she nearly decided to join the show and compete for Peter's heart.

On September 3, Peter appeared on the Game of Roses podcast with his roommate, Dustin Kendrick. During the interview, Peter was asked what it had felt like to see Hannah come out of the limo on the first night. He recalls first being stunned, then hopeful that she would stay on the show to give it another shot, and subsequently overwhelmed with the whole situation. Peter mentioned he was certain that the producers would eventually bring her back. He remembered even asking them on week 9, one of the final weeks of filming, on the plane to Australia if there were any plans for her arrival and letting them know it would break him.

The Bachelorette's Hannah Brown: A timeline of her relationship woes post-finale

After filming ended for Peter's season, he and his final rose winner, Hannah Ann Sluss, ended their engagement. After briefly reuniting with Madison Prewett, Peter tried to pursue a relationship with his fifth-place pick, Kelley Flanagan. The pair ultimately ended things after eight months. As for Hannah, she has been in a relationship with model Adam Woolard for over eight months now. The two first met on a dating app and have been living a fairytale ever since.

It's hard not to feel for Peter after he fell for someone, got his heart broken, and then went on as a lead to do it all over again publicly. Maybe some time off might have been beneficial for him, although the quick turnaround from contestant to Bachelor did lead to a crazy season. It's interesting to think about what would have happened had Peter and Hannah worked on their relationship off-camera. Still, they both seem happy and content with where their lives ended up.
