Bachelor in Paradise season 7 couple Mari Pepin and Kenny Braasch got engaged last year on the show, and now they reveal when they plan to get married. Mari and Kenny were immediately drawn to each other when they met on the beach in Mexico. It was easy for Mari to say yes when Kenny proposed. In March 2022, they moved into an apartment together in Kenny's hometown of Chicago. Lately, Mari has been giving updates about their wedding plans as well.

In an interview with Bachelor Nation, the Bachelor in Paradise couple revealed the timeline for their nuptials, which will actually be two weddings. Mari explained that they are "just in the beginning stages of wedding planning," but they picked one of their dates which is November of next year. She shared that the wedding will be in Puerto Rico, where Mari is from, and that they have a list of four of five venues that they will look at either this month or next month. Kenny said, "when it comes to planning, I mostly just love watching Mari enjoy planning it all. But what we’re going to do is our Puerto Rican wedding is going to be a little bit smaller with family. Then we’ll do something in Chicago party-wise after. It will be a celebration." Kenny added that the Chicago party is the where he will do more of the planning. As for the timeline of the two weddings, he said, "we are hoping for around the same time; we don’t know for sure yet. It could be early 2024 for that one."

Everyone from our seasons for sure." She also admitted that "Kenny might be underestimating size for the Puerto Rican wedding a bit because my family is gonna show up in droves. I think we’ll have at least 100." Mari also revealed that there will be some special guests at the weddings: "Our dogs are also going to be at both the Chicago wedding and the Puerto Rican wedding! They can travel. I usually bring them with me." Mari and Kenny are known for being especially stylish, and they are planning their wedding day attire. Mari said that she has been "sketching dresses," and she had a fitting with a company and already picked out her dress for the Chicago celebration. For the Puerto Rican wedding, she said that the main dress will be a custom dress from a friend of hers. Kenny revealed that he is thinking about wearing a traditional black tuxedo, "but I’ll probably wear Jordans instead of dress shoes!"
