Matt James, the most recent star of The Bachelor just showed off his polished modern kitchen to fans of the franchise. The show's alum lives in a condo located in the Lower East Side of New York City.

Matt shares the condo with a former star of The Bachelorette, Tyler Cameron. The two best friends moved into the two-bedroom bachelor pad back in October 2019. During the height of the pandemic, the duo stayed at Tyler's childhood home in Jupiter, Florida where they formed a "quarantine crew" with five other people. Season 15's Bachelorette, Hannah Brown, was among the five people shacking up at Tyler's home. The group was known for making entertaining content on their Instagram and TikTok accounts. Matt and Tyler's friendship developed during their college days at Wake Forest University, where the two both played football.

Matt showed off his home in a YouTube video posted by Delish. Upon entry, in true New York fashion, the former Bachelor made it very clear that he runs a shoe-free household. The welcome mat even contained the lyrics of rapper Roddy Ricch's song "The Box" saying, "B**ch don't wear no shoes in my house." The five-minute kitchen tour started out with James showing off his food. Matt says the highly organized fridge revolves around "snacking, breakfast, and smoothies." Matt expressed how he is always on the go, so all of his food items are quick and ready to eat. The most interesting food item in the health-filled fridge was his brolives, which were green olives attached to the ends of broccoli. His go-to snack is his brolives dipped in Ithaca hummus. Matt's favorite fridge item was Michael Jordan's tequila, Cincoro. While holding the bottle of tequila, Matt said, “I love basketball, I love hoops. I could never play like MJ, so this is the closest that I could get to MJ.

If there is one thing we learned about the former reality star during the tour, it's that he is very organized. His food cabinet was sectioned off into three shelves. The bottom shelf was for his unhealthy snacks like Teddy Grahams, the middle for healthy workout snacks, and the top shelf for date night pasta. While Matt is a clean-as-you-cook type of guy, he revealed that Bachelor roommate Tyler Cameron likes to leave things around the kitchen. He even made a witty comment directed to his roommate saying, "Tyler if you see this, get the hint, and please do your part here."

The best part about Matt's posh kitchen tour is the breathtaking view of the river and the Financial District of the city. The skyscraper view makes up for the snug, yet tidy space. When asked what he wished he could change about the kitchen, The Bachelor star said he would push the wall further back to create more walking space between the two counters. For a man who is always on the go and only cooks pasta, eggs, bacon, waffles, and pancakes, the kitchen is quite perfect.
