Bachelor in Paradise gives contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette second chances to find true love, and, for season 8, some people are returning to the beach for another try in Mexico. A record-breaking 43 people from The Bachelor franchise will appear on the show this fall, which means that there will be plenty of drama and romance. Some fan-favorite heroes, as well as notorious villains, will try their luck on the beach.

Bachelor in Paradise season 7 aired before Michelle Young, Clayton Echard, and Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey's seasons, so the casts of those shows will participate for the first time. There also will be blasts from the past and contestants from the Australian and Canadian versions of The Bachelor franchise shows. Because contestants come and go each week, not all of the contestants will appear on the beach at the same time. As has happened in the past, some latecomers may even cause established couples to break up, creating the Bachelor in Paradise drama that fans have come to expect.

James Bonsalljames bonsall Bachelor in Paradise

James competed for Katie Thurston's heart on her season of The Bachelorette. He then went to Mexico for Bachelor in Paradise season 7, where he dated Anna Redman and Tia Booth. However, his strongest relationship was his memorable bromance with fellow Katie cast-off Aaron Clancy.

Aaron Clancy

Known for his intense personality, Aaron Clancy found himself at the center of a lot of drama on Katie's season of The Bachelorette. This carried over into his experience on Bachelor in Paradise season 7 as well. Aaron dated Tammy Ly, Chelsea Vaughn, and Tia in Paradise, but ultimately left the show with his best friend, James.

These returning Bachelor in Paradise contestants certainly know the ropes and hopefully will find love on their third try with The Bachelor franchise. Paradise is a great opportunity for people from various seasons to get to know each other. Lace, Danielle, Jessenia, James, and Aaron must believe in the process if they are returning to the beach. Fans will have to tune in to Bachelor in Paradise season 8 to see if they find true love.
