A new clip from Avengers: Infinity War features Tony Stark learning about Thanos courtesy of Doctor Strange, Bruce Banner and Wong. Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo with the story written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, the much-anticipated blockbuster will gather all heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for an epic showdown against Mad Titan, Thanos, and his Black Order.

Boasting several dozens of characters, the Russos grouped the massive cast into mini-teams to make sure that each hero is given their time under the spotlight. And while the Wakandan war will be the film's whole third act, the movie will also have huge set pieces on Titan and in New York - the latter of which is the focus of the latest clip released by Marvel Studios for the movie.

A new clip debuted on The Graham Norton Show (via MovieAccessTrailers) when Benedict Cumberbatch dropped by as part of him doing the press rounds for Infinity War. The preview is relatively long compared to the normal TV spots and promos. It includes what seems to be the initial encounter between Doctor Strange and Tony Stark in the Sanctum Sanctorum, just before they're interrupted by the mass hysteria outside as seen in several previews. And as expected with the two snarky characters, witty banter ensues with the Cloak of Levitation even joining the back-and-forth. Check out the new footage above.

The clip poses some questions, especially regarding Banner, who apparently remembers a lot about his encounter with Thanos while he was still with the Asgardians. The last time fans saw him, he was in Hulk form with fears that he might not be able to transform back to his human alter-ego after the two years he's spent as the green monster on Sakaar. But with him crashing into the Sanctorum as Bruce and having a clear recollection of who Thanos is, it's possible he transformed before the Mad Titan revealed himself to the refugee ship. Unless of course, he finally learns to remember things that he does when he's the Green Goliath.

Tony is downplaying what the Sorcerers and Banner are telling him but is clearly affected by the thought that his worst fears are coming to life. It returns to his characterization in Iron Man 3 about having PTSD following his near-death experience during the battle of New York and eventually his mortifying Scarlet Witch-induced premonition in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Considering what happens next (as seen in previous trailers), it's interesting how Banner will be separated from the rest of the New York group and into Wakanda aboard the Hulkbuster.

Interestingly, while there has been a steady stream of TV spots and clips, almost all new scenes are either an extended version or a different angle of already released sequences. This gives the illusion that people have seen a lot from the film, but in reality, they're just a small part of the bigger picture. Luckily, fans won't have to wait that long to see the full film with Avengers: Infinity War only a week away from hitting theaters.
