A new trailer for Avengers: Infinity War was shown at Disney's annual investors meeting, indicating it will soon be released to the general public. Marvel Studios has been building hype for their massive team-up film for a number of months (the teaser was released in November 2017, there was a Super Bowl TV spot), but now that Infinity War is right around the corner, the marketing machine is about to kick into overdrive. Earlier today, EW released a bevy of new details (and images) about the movie in a massive spread that included 15 character covers.

As exciting as all this was, nothing can beat seeing new footage from the film. Marvel fans are impatiently waiting for the second Infinity War theatrical preview, desperate for a bigger taste of what's to come at the end of April. With the release date fast approaching, many assume a new trailer will debut sooner, rather than later, and now it's been confirmed that people have seen one.

According to ComicBook, the second Infinity War trailer was screened during Disney's investor meeting. Obviously, there were no specifics about what was included in the footage, but this is great news for MCU enthusiasts. If the trailer is finished, it should be shared with the world in the very near future. The only question is when.

March this year resembles a summer month in regard to the number of genre films that are opening, giving Marvel plenty of opportunities to unveil a new look at Infinity War. While nothing was released in time for A Wrinkle In Time, the next few weeks see films like Tomb Raider, Pacific Rim Uprising, and Ready Player One premiere. Marvel could attach the trailer to any of those, which target a similar demographic as The Avengers. It's also possible Disney once again uses Good Morning America as the launching pad, as they did with the first Infinity War teaser and the Solo teaser. The studio will likely make an announcement on the matter ahead of time to drum up hype.

It would be surprising if this month came and went without a new Infinity War trailer. Marvel released final previews for films like Age of Ultron and Captain America: Civil War in March of their respective years, so they've developed something of a marketing pattern throughout their history. Given how well-oiled a machine they are, they aren't going to start doing things differently for their most ambitious undertaking yet. Fans would be advised to just stay patient, as it's only a matter of time before the trailer finally drops.
