Disney and Marvel Studios have entered the final stretch of marketing for Avengers: Infinity War and following up on the film's earlier release date we have two brand new photos from the production to share. These photos come as exclusives to publish alongside our set visit coverage which began this week with a fun interview and reveals from stars Chadwick Boseman and Mark Ruffalo, and continues today with stories from directors and brothers Anthony and Joe Russo who we spoke to a few times on set last June.

The Russos gave us a lot to think about, and in some cases, perhaps even told us too much (like this Captain Marvel stuff) and you can read the full interview and many other stories today on Screen Rant. Alongside our deep dive today, Marvel Studios and the Russos confirmed that the long-awaited second trailer for Avengers: Infinity War arrives tomorrow. And with it we'll release stories from our chat with Scarlett Johansson and Chris Evans.

The stars return as Black Widow and Captain America, but with updated looks, in Avengers 3. They were the first two heroes we saw on set during a sequence which involved Cap's team of Avengers landing in Wakanda after from a battle where they took some serious damage two-thirds into the movie. It was here last summer where we first saw what live-action Steve Rogers looks like with long, slicked-back hair and a beard. It looked good. His costume was dark, damaged and burnt - missing the shiny star in the center of his chest from a previous fight. Black Widow looks even more different with her short blonde hair and new green color scheme on a costume that includes built-in armor.

You've seen these designs in marketing materials already but here's raw, closer look from behind-the-scenes on set where the Russos direct them.

The first image takes place after the sequence we saw on set and after T'Challa and Shuri equip Rogers with Vibranium extendable shield gauntlets. As for the second image, this seems to take place before during an encounter with the Black Order. Proxima Midnight and Corvus Glaive's spears can be seen in the back right, and from the first Infinity War trailer it looks like it's Glaive's weapon that attempts to extract the Mind stone from Vision's head. This would explain Vision's injuries we observed on set since part of the reason Rogers heads to Wakanda is to seek aid in repairing Vision.
