Avengers: Infinity War gets a stunning fan-poster with the Mad Titan Thanos at its center. Featuring more than 70 characters populating the MCU, Marvel Studios is gearing up for their biggest undertaking yet in Avengers 3. Other than the main gist of the story (Thanos attempts to collect all Infinity Stones, the Avengers try to stop him), not much is known regarding the specific plot details about the movie. But Josh Brolin says that judging on the 30-minute footage he'd seen from the movie, it's going to be amazing.

Brought to us by the same people behind Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War with Joe and Anthony Russo at the helm and story from Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, Infinity War is the beginning of the culmination of the everything that MCU has transpired in the last 10 years, and will be the set-up for the still-untitled Avengers 4 set next year. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige that the movie will find narrative threads to all 18 film installments that came before it.

Courtesy of 3D artist and creative retoucher, Allan Portilho, the new poster puts a menacing Thanos at the forefront of the Infinity War marketing. Supposedly an IMAX poster, the details on the artwork are impeccable, with the planet Titan backdrop fading out to a more traditional starry galaxy. Considering that IMAX always commissions their own special blockbuster posters to promote the film format, they may want to look at this one and make it their official release. Check it out below.

What's great about Portilho's fan-posters is that they're oftentimes really different from the official ones, but are still thematically-apt that they can pass up legitimate ones like his Solo: A Star Wars Story creation released last month. This creation for Infinity War, however, is a mixture of several design elements with the focus on Thanos' act of throwing the moon - a scene that has been the talk of the town since the D23/SDCC-exclusive trailer debuted last year. However, instead of using the original still released as part of EW's feature of the film, the artist also highlighted the gauntlet, with two of the stones - Power and Space - as seen in the trailer. The Infinity Gauntlet is as associated with the Mad Titan arguably as much as the magical stones, considering that he's really the only one we've seen wear it in the MCU.

With Avengers: Infinity War hitting cinemas next month, we can expect Disney and Marvel Studios will ramp up their marketing, but we're unsure if they'd be revealing a handful of new visuals for the film. We've already seen a plenty of new promo stills from EW's feature last week and with one full trailer still scheduled for release and some TV spots, that would be enough tease to keep people talking until April 27th.
