Thor appears to have both of his eyes in new art for Avengers: Infinity War. Thor adopted a new look at the end of Thor: Ragnarok after losing his right eye to Cate Blanchett's Hela. Though Thor could miraculously regain his eye through magic, it's more likely that the art has no bearing on the story at all, and the artist simply chose to use Thor's traditional appearance.
After years of build-up, Josh Brolin's Thanos will finally clash with Earth's Mightiest Heroes in Marvel's biggest film yet, Avengers: Infinity War. On a quest for omnipotence, the Mad Titan will use his children, the Black Order, to find the six Infinity Stones so that the villain can assemble the Infinity Gauntlet. Seeking to bend reality to his will, Thanos could bring about the destruction of the universe. The Avengers will have to put aside their differences and unite to stop him. However, the Avengers alone won't be enough. They'll have to team up with the Guardians of the Galaxy, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, and Black Panther.

An image was posted on Reddit that reveals new artwork for Avengers: Infinity War. According to the user who posted it, the artwork is from a jigsaw puzzle, which can be traced back to Rakuten. The image shows a close-up of Thanos' face, alongside a number of heroes. Included in the image are Gamora, Spider-Man, Steve Rogers, Black Panther, Black Widow, Doctor Strange, Groot, Rocket, Star-Lord, Iron Man, and a two-eyed Thor. Of all the characters featured in the artwork, only Thor doesn't match up with what we've seen from trailers and other promotional art, where we see Thor sporting his CGI eyepatch.
To some fans, this image could suggest that the events of Avengers: Infinity War will involve Thor's eye being restored, possibly through magical means. The presence of Doctor Strange does make this a possibility. What fans should also consider is that the artwork doesn't necessarily reflect what we'll see in the film. Considering that the art is for a jigsaw puzzle marketed for children, it stands to reason the artists decided not to include that part of the character. Thor also has two eyes in art for a toy of his new weapon, Stormbreaker.
Viewers who have seen Thor: Ragnarok will recall that in the film Thor tragically lost his father, his homeland, his hammer, and his right eye. During the final battle, Hela brutally plucked his eye out. It remains to be seen if Thor will somehow regain what was taken from him.
