A brand new MCU fan art sees Kang the Conqueror killing Avengers: Endgame's heroes. MCU Phase 5 has finally kicked off with Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania. The return of Scott Lang and the rest of Team Ant-Man also comes with the debut of Jonathan Majors' Kang — the Multiverse Saga's big bad and the Avengers' next antagonist.

In light of Kang the Conqueror's MCU arrival, digital artist Art Of Time Travel on Instagram imagined the villain brutally murdering the Earth's Mightiest Heroes' roster from Avengers Endgame. Check out the image below:

Some of the standouts from the artwork are Iron Man's defeated look in the back and Captain America's head being held by Kang the Conqueror. Considering the fact that the villain has already claimed that he has defeated the Avengers multiple times in the past, it's curious if Marvel Studios will show what that looked like in the future.

How The Avengers Can Defeat Kang In The MCU’s Multiverse Saga

Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man 3

While Kang was the primary villain of Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania, there's still so much to learn about the character. The fact that he has countless variants makes him a dangerous foe, because one can just simply emerge and pick up where his other self left off. This doesn't mean, however, that he cannot be defeated entirely.

If the defeat of the Avengers in Avengers: Infinity War and their eventual victory in Avengers: Endgame taught the heroes anything, it's that it is best to tackle big issues like this as a team. This means proper coordination from all active Sacred Timeline defenders. At this point, it doesn't seem like there's one coordinating body that ensures this, but with Kang's arrival, it's vital that they institute a system soon.

Kang's variants may be the reason why it would be so tricky to take him down, but it could also be how he gets defeated. Given that many players, it isn't impossible that factions form and conflicts arise. If the Avengers can pit them against each other, then it could make their work easier. Sadly, some of the most prominent characters in Avengers: Endgame are no longer in the MCU, but with heroes like Doctor Strange and even with the impending return of Scarlet Witch leading the pack, the Avengers have a fighting chance to take down the Conqueror.
