Avengers: Endgame will see Captain America (Chris Evans) - and other superheroes - get new costumes, and now a new look at Captain America's suit arrives. Less than four months out from Avengers: Endgame's release date, there's still a great deal fans don't know about the culmination of the story of the Marvel Cinematic Universe thus far. The Avengers 4 title was revealed when Marvel Studios unveiled the first Avengers: Endgame trailer, but even the first footage only offered brief teases of what fans can expect.

We know Avengers: Endgame will see the remaining heroes deal with the ending of Avengers: Infinity War, during which Thanos completed his mission and used the Infinity Gauntlet to wipe out half of all life in the universe. With this leaving a number of heroes dusted, the Avengers' numbers are severely depleted. Thankfully, Captain Marvel will be joining the Avengers (though how exactly she joins the fray is still unclear), and Ant-Man will return to help out. Of course, it's unknown how Ant-Man will escape the Quantum Realm, where he was left stranded at the end of Ant-Man and the Wasp. Still, one thing we can count on for Avengers: Endgame is that certain heroes will be getting slightly different looks - and that includes Captain America.

Not only has Steve Rogers shaved the beard he sported in Avengers: Infinity War - as evidenced by the Avengers: Endgame trailer - but it seems Captain America will be getting a new costume as well. New white, red and black suits for the Avengers were previously seen, teasing Thor, Rocket Raccoon and Captain America would be getting new costumes. Now, a new look at Captain America's costume from Instagram user mariopower.backup offers a better idea of what his full costume change will look like.

Like the costumes for the other characters, the white suit seems to only replace Captain America's body armor, with the superhero maintaining his blue helmet piece. Further, the white suit includes the Avengers' logo on the chest plate, indicating the costumes will be created for some sort of team mission. We theorized the costumes lent themselves as proof the Avengers will use the Quantum Realm to time travel and change the past as a way to undo Thanos' Decimation from Infinity War. If that's the case, we know the team will include at least Thor, Rocket and Captain America - but even if there's some other reason for the white costumes, this image offers a better idea of Captain America's suit.

As for what exactly the white suit means and if any other Avengers characters will get a similar costume remains to be seen. But it won't be the only costume change in Avengers: Endgame. Hawkeye will return and will be wearing a costume like the character's Ronin persona, indicating a dark turn for Clint Barton. Further, after Tony Stark's Bleeding Edge suit was seemingly destroyed by Thanos, he'll likely be sporting some new gear in the upcoming movie. For now, though, fans will have to wait and see what exactly will be included in the final movie. Thankfully, with less than four months left until Avengers: Endgame hits theaters, fans won't have to wait too long.
