The latest Avengers 4 set photos feature T'Challa and Shuri back together. The currently-untitled Avengers 4 may not be the second half of next year's Avengers: Infinity War, but it's clear that the two movies are inextricably linked. For one, only a year will pass between the two films, breaking Marvel's traditional release schedule for sequels. Add in the fact that imagining a threat to the MCU larger than Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet is near impossible, and it's likely both movies will be part of one big story.
Because of the connection between the films, Avengers 4 will remain largely under-wraps until Infinity War hits theaters. Marvel is doing its best to keep a lid on things until next summer, but already multiple photos and videos from the Avengers 4 set have been leaked online. Among other things, these photos have revealed that Hawkeye gets a new costume in Avengers 4 and that Hayley Atwell may be back as Peggy Carter, despite her death in Captain America: Civil War. The latest photos to leak online confirm that a pair of Wakandans will appear in the 2019 film, too.
Avengers 4 set photos featuring T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman) and Shuri (Letitia Wright) have been posted online by multiple Twitter users now (see below). Production for the movie is in full swing, resulting in almost weekly dispatches from the film's set. The latest images aren't too revealing, but do suggest that both Black Panther and his sister make it out of Infinity War alive.

Not too much can be gleaned from these images, but the bracelet that T'Challa is wearing is interesting. In the current run of Black Panther comics from Ta-Nehisi Coates and Brian Stelfreeze, bracelets like these are actually advanced tech that all Wakandans wear (essentially, the world's greatest smart watch). Coates and Stelfreeze's work has been acknowledged as a major influence on Ryan Coogler's Black Panther solo movie, and it seems the Russo Brothers may also be drawing inspiration from it for Infinity War.
On the other hand, there is a possibility that these photos are from the pickup shoots/reshoots for Black Panther. It was previously reported that reshoots for the film - which are standard for most blockbusters - were set to occur last week. That being said, Avengers 4 is still the safer bet here, where it concerns the origins of these photos.
The story of T'Challa and Shuri is only just beginning in the MCU, so it seems unlikely that either of them will perish during Infinity War. For fans hoping that Shuri eventually takes up the Black Panther mantle in the MCU like she does in the comics, it's heartening to know she will be in on the fight in Avengers 4.
